Description: Secluded (non-primitive) cabins have indoor kitchens, baths, air conditioning, and all necessary linens. Additionally, each has a charcoal grill, fire ring, picnic table and hammock.

This one bedroom is located on Wolfe Creek. It has an equipped kitchen, a full bath, a screened-in porch, a Murphy bed and a gas burning fireplace (operational November – March). There is a fire ring, grill and picnic table outside.

Pet-Friendly - $50.00 additional fee per pet. Maximum: 1 pet 40+ lbs or 2 pets below 40 lbs each.

We ask that you review the reservation details (lodging and/or activities) to confirm they are correct. Please alert a guest services representative if any corrections need to be made.

PLEASE COMPLETE AND RETURN the attached Guest Registration Card, or complete and submit electronically using this link Guest Registration Form prior to your arrival. This form MUST be completed before check in. If you have multiple cabins/campsites booked, one is required for EACH lodging option. (Please note, once you click the submit button on the bottom of the form, it is sent directly to us and will state that at the top of your screen, but the form with your signature remains on your screen and all the text boxes will be cleared.)

Pertinent Details:

  1. Cabin check-in time is 3:00 pm or later; Campground check-in time is 12:00 pm or later. Please contact our office for current office hours, as they change throughout the year. Check-out time is NO LATER THAN 10:00 AM for both. Cabins only - early check in can be requested, but is not guaranteed; if it is available, there is a $50.00 charge. Late departures are subject to a $50.00/hour charge.

  2. Prepaid reservations are needed for all activities. Walk-ons are not guaranteed availability, and are subject to a $5/person walk-on fee. If you plan on taking a river trip or a zipline tour during your stay, please make the reservation prior to your arrival but at least 24 hours in advance.

  3. AFTER HOURS ARRIVALS:
    If you are arriving after AUOC’s office/shop closes (please contact our office to confirm current hours, as they change throughout the year), it is your responsibility to let us know ahead of time, so that we can leave a late check-in packet for you. If you have sent in your Guest Registration Card ahead of time, this packet will be in the Late Check-In Box. The box is located inside the open-faced shack that has large reflective letters that say “Information & Late Check-In,” on Tomahawk Landing Rd. on the right-hand side, right next to the Resident Host's house and just before the road splits at the cemetery (3/4 of a mile from our main entrance). If you do not send in your Guest Registration Card ahead of time, the Resident Host on duty will have your packet and a blank form for you to complete. You MUST turn in this form immediately to the host in order to check in; failure to do so may result in losing your reservation without refund/reschedule/credit. The packet will include your cabin key (if applicable), a map, written directions to your cabin(s) and/or campsite(s), property rules, and the after-hours number for the on-duty Resident Host.

  4. Our resort guests can have day/evening visitors equal to the maximum capacity of your cabin or campsite (e.g. Bagdad is a 12-person cabin, thus, 12 visitors; campsites are based on 6 people so you can have 6 visitors). All visitors who aren't staying overnight and aren't listed on the Guest Registration Card MUST leave by sundown. *Violation of this policy will result in a $75.00/person/day.

  5. Tents are NOT allowed outside your cabin. Only one (1) tent per tent campsite is allowed, and NO tents outside on RV or Pop up sites.

  6. We have 10 pet-friendly furnished cabins - Azalea, Cedar, Egret, Fox Den, Granny Peaden's, Kingfisher, Laurel, Magnolia, Osprey, and Ranger Rick's. We also have 2 pet-friendly rustic cabins - Ibis and Juniper. The remaining cabins are PET FREE! *Violation of this policy will result in a $500.00 charge

  7. Lodging Cancellation Policy:
    Cancellation of your cabin reservation within two weeks (14 days) of your arrival date will result in loss of prepayment. If you cancel outside two weeks (15 days or more) from your arrival date, there is a $35.00/cabin and/or $10/campsite cancellation fee; the remainder of the prepayment will be refunded back to the card used on file. Neither weather nor river conditions affect your lodging reservation status. Cancellation by Adventures Unlimited Outdoor Center for activities or lodging due to inclement weather, high water, hurricane, etc. warrants no refund, however a credit may be applicable for up to 365 days from original reservation date towards your next stay.

More details:
- There are NO televisions, phones, clocks, radios or Wi-Fi in any of Adventures Unlimited's cabins. The School House Inn has Wi-Fi access, but it can be intermittent.
- All cabins have a fire ring, outside charcoal grill, and picnic table. Campsites have a fire ring (with a grate for cooking), a picnic table, 30 and/or 50 amp power, and water; campsites DO NOT have sewage hookups, but we do have a Dump Station on property.
- All cabins are SMOKE-FREE! *Violation of this policy will result in a $200.00 charge
- Quiet hours are: 10:00pm-7:00am (Sunday-Thursday), and 11:00pm-7:00am (Friday–Saturday). Please be respectful and considerate of other guests.

Damage Deposit:

Your cabin damage deposit does not apply to the total cost. It is kept as a damage deposit until inspection upon departure. If things are left neatly, no spotless is required and all rules and policies of AUOC have been followed we will release the hold on your deposit. Please note that all cash, checks, money orders, etc. are processed through the bank, and will be refunded by an Adventures Unlimited check. Deposits authorized and approved by MasterCard/Visa/Discover will not be charged if the policies, rules and conditions of Adventures Unlimited are met by the customer.

Furnished Cabins:

Linens, dishes, kitchen utensils, bathrooms, power and air conditioning are included. Furnished cabins will also have central heating, gas/wood fireplaces, and/or space heaters. Kitchen amenities vary by cabin. Cabins with a futon, day bed, and/or Murphy Bed will have sheets readily available. Daily housekeeping and Wi-Fi are not available. For extended stay guests, arrangements can be made at check in for a towel exchange. Please bring beach towels for your outdoor use. Furnished (pet-friendly - $50/pet fee required) cabins are Azalea, Cedar, Egret, Fox den, Granny Peaden's, Kingfisher, Laurel, Magnolia, Osprey, and Ranger Rick's; (non-pet-friendly) cabins are Bagdad House, Blueberry, Dogwood, Katie's Kaboose, Louisville, Lorax Loft, Nashville, Palmetto, Sarracenia and Tupelo. Tents are NOT allowed at the cabins.

School House Inn:

Linens, bathrooms, a mini refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, power and air conditioning, and WiFi (can be intermittent) are included. Daily housekeeping is not available. For extended stay guests, arrangements can be made at check-in for a towel exchange. Please bring beach towels for your outdoor use. Also, there is a screened-in outdoor community kitchen/dining area available for your use. This cooking pavilion has 2 gas grills, a full-size fridge, sink, microwave, picnic tables and seating. There is a box of cooking utensils included in each room specifically for your use in the kitchen. You MUST bring all eating utensils (bowls, cups, plates, silverware). *Schoolhouse Inn room #4 is the only room that has a 2 burner stove top, no oven. Tents are NOT allowed on the School House Lawn.

Rustic Cabins:

Beds, power and air conditioning, and space heaters are included. The Rustic Cabins do tend to get chilly in the winter, so you may want to bring extra blankets; extra space heaters are NOT allowed, as they will trip the breaker. These cabins do not have a kitchen, bathroom, or WiFi. You must bring everything you will need, including: all linens, all cooking and eating utensils to cook outside (bring your own charcoal), and you will need to walk to the bathhouse nearby. The closest bathhouse on the field has cold showers only; the bathhouse on the South end of the property (near campsites) has hot water showers that you may use. Rustic cabins are Honeysuckle, Ibis, and Juniper. Ibis and Juniper are pet-friendly ($50/pet fee required). Honeysuckle does now include a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker and linens. Tents are not allowed at the cabins.

Campsites:

Each campsite has water and 30 amp and/or 50 amp electric hookup. You will need an adapter; bring your own, or purchase in the shop (availability not guaranteed). Pets allowed in RV's ONLY! NO pets at tent sites! Only one (1) tent, pop-up, or RV allowed per site. We do have a dump station on property, but do not have sewage hookup, WiFi, or satellite hookup at the campsites.
