For ships arriving at the Havensite Cruise Ship Port, look for the "B&F Fun Tours" sign at gate #4.
For ships arriving at the Crown Bay Cruise Ship Port, look for the "B&F Fun Tours" sign at the Wind Mill.
Villa and Resort Guests:
If you are staying on the island, please look for the "B&F Fun Tours" sign at the Welcome Area of your resort, hotel, or villa.

PLEASE NOTE All booked confirmations with Brenda & Franko's Fun Tours are based on local time. As we are on local time, the pickup time stated on all confirmations will be considered as local time and should be respected as such so as not to confuse individuals with the ship's time. Cancellation Policy
Brenda and Franko's Fun Tours make the best effort possible to service our customers. In the event a reservation has to be cancelled, customers will be charged a fee depending on how far from the excursion the cancellation takes place. The cancellation fees listed here will apply to all reservations.
30 days or more prior to your excursion - 10% of total purchase amount.
7 - 9 days prior to your excursion - 25% of total purchase amount.
4 - 6 days prior to your excursion - 50% of total purchase amount.
1 - 3 days prior to excursion - 90% of total purchase amount.
Day of your excursion - 100% of the total purchase amount.
Cancellations due to weather conditions or no show by the cruise ships are fully refunded less credit card charges if applicable.
All reservations for Airport Transfers must be cancelled 24 hours or more prior to your scheduled pick up time or originally scheduled flight to qualify for a refund.
Any cancellation made less than 24 hours are non-refundable. Services may be rescheduled.
No shows are non-refundable.
Brenda and Franko's Fun Tours will not issue refunds for flight delays, missed flights, or circumstances beyond our control.
