For ships arriving at the Havensite Cruise Ship Port, look for the "B&F Fun Tours" sign at gate #4.
For ships arriving at the Crown Bay Cruise Ship Port, look for the "*B&F Fun Tours" sign at the Wind Mill.
Resort Guests:
If you are staying on the island, please look for the "B&F Fun Tours" sign at the Welcome Area of your resort, hotel, or villa.

About This Tour:
***Your tour guide will pick you up from your pickup location depending on your hotel, resort, or villa, and from your ship's pickup point. You will then be driven into Charlotte Amalie for shopping and exploring some sites and attractions.
***Next, you’re picked up at the designated pick-up spot in town and we begin the uphill trek to see all of the sites and attractions you don't want to miss, including Skyline Drive overlook, Sir Francis Drake’s Seat, and the world’s famous Mountain Top.
***Learn our rich and interesting island history while seeing some of the most amazing sites you could ever imagine. Restroom, additional shopping, and awesome photo ops will be available during Brenda and Franko’s Fun Tours - so bring your camera to capture some unforgettable memories!
***On the last stop of this adventure, you'll have time to relax, snorkel, jet ski, and parasail, or have a bite to eat while enjoying the crystal-clear waters of the Atlantic or Caribbean sides of the island. You’ll have up to 2 hours on the beach before we take you safely back to your ship or resort.
***So come on down... see, learn, swim, and experience why the Virgin Islands are so, sooooo nice.

Cancellation Policy
Brenda and Franko's Fun Tours make the best effort possible to service our customers. In the event a reservation has to be canceled, customers will be charged a fee depending on how far from the excursion the cancellation takes place. The cancellation fees listed here will apply to all reservations.
30 days or more prior to your excursion - 10% of total purchase amount.
7 - 9 days prior to your excursion - 25% of the total purchase amount.
4 - 6 days prior to your excursion - 50% of the total purchase amount.
1 - 3 days prior to an excursion - 90% of the total purchase amount.
Day of your excursion - 100% of the total purchase amount.
Cancellations due to weather conditions or no show by the cruise ships are fully refunded less credit card charges if applicable.
All reservations for Airport Transfers must be canceled 24 hours or more prior to your scheduled pick-up time or originally scheduled flight to qualify for a refund.
Any cancellations made less than 24 hours are non-refundable. Services may be rescheduled.
No-shows are non-refundable.
Brenda and Franko's Fun Tours will not issue refunds for flight delays, missed flights, or circumstances beyond our control.
