Here's a quick rundown of what you can expect on the day of your boat trip:
BOAT NAME: SANCTUARY
Please plan to arrive at the boat dock on-time (20 minutes before departure rain or shine). Miami's weather is always changing. It is not unusual for rain to be appear on the other side of the street. And these showers typically last 15 minutes.
Meet and Greet:
Arrive at the designated meeting point at least 20 minutes before your trip.
Look out for our friendly crew members, who will be ready to welcome you with open arms!
Safety Briefing:
Once everyone is on board, we'll kick things off with a brief but important safety briefing.
Party On:
As we set sail, the real fun begins!
Swim:
We'll anchor at some prime locations where you can swim in the crystal-clear waters and cool off.

We can accommodate a maximum of 25 passengers.

Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY
By making this payment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
Cancellation by Captain:
- If the captain cancels the scheduled charter due to unsafe weather conditions, as determined in its sole discretion or as a result of a natural disaster.
- Charterer will have the option to reschedule the charter for another available date or cancel the charter and receive a refund of all monies, including the deposit. In no event will the vessel owner be responsible for damages to Charterer resulting from the cancellation of its charter event, whether direct, consequential, indirect, or otherwise.
- The charterer’s options listed above shall be its sole recourse in the event of a cancellation.
Mechanical Failures and Cancellations:
- The Vessel Owner reserves the right to cancel a charter without notice due to mechanical failures, US Government restrictions, or any and all circumstances beyond its control or as imposed upon it by a superior authority. In the event of mechanical failure, the Vessel Owner will attempt to secure a similar vessel for Charterer.
- However, Charterer will also have the option to reschedule the charter for another available date. Should Vessel Owner be unable to secure a similar vessel for the charterer and decides to cancel the charter, then Charterer will receive a refund of all monies paid to date.
- The Vessel Owner reserves the right to cancel a charter without notice due to mechanical failures, US Government restrictions, or any and all circumstances beyond its control or as imposed upon it by a superior authority. In the event of mechanical failure, the Vessel Owner will attempt to secure a similar vessel for Charterer.
- However, Charterer will also have the option to reschedule the charter for another available date. Should Vessel Owner be unable to secure a similar vessel for the charterer and decides to cancel the charter, then Charterer will receive a refund of all monies paid to date.
Cancellation by Dock Problems:
- In the event the scheduled dock cannot be reached, the nearest available dock will be utilized, and the charterer will be notified.
- In case of cancelation for no dock, due to of unexpected circumstances, charterer will be refunded. - -- Dockage outside of the home dock is based upon availability and there is no guarantees on behalf of any marina other than its home dock.
Cancellation by Charterer
- In order to cancel the charter, Charterer must submit a written request for cancellation to the Vessel Owner at least thirty (30) days prior to the date of the charter.
- Upon receipt of the cancellation letter, the charter date will be released and all monies will be refunded except for the $400 non-refundable deposit.
- If the Charterer cancels less than thirty (30) days from the scheduled charter date, all monies paid to date by the Charterer will be forfeited.
Cancellation by the Vessel Owner or Party Boat Charter:
- Vessel Owner and Party Boat Charter will not be liable for scheduling problems or the inability to reach a scheduled dock due to the malfunction of bridges on the intercoastal waterways, due to mechanical failures or any act beyond its control or as imposed upon it by a superior authority.
- Vessel Owner or Party Boat Charter will not be liable if charter is canceled due to unsafe weather conditions, as determined in its sole discretion, an act of God, or as a result of a natural disaster, Charterer will have the option to proceed with the event dock-side (conditions permitting), reschedule the charter for another available date within one year of the original charter date, or cancel the charter and receive a refund of all monies, including the deposit, paid to Party Boat Charter.
- In no event will the Vessel Owner and Party Boat Charter be responsible for damages to Charterer resulting from the cancellation of its charter event, whether direct, consequential, indirect, or otherwise.-The charterer's options listed herein shall be its sole recourse in the event of a cancellation.
Failure to deliver vessel:
- Party Boat Charter shall not be responsible for failure to deliver Vessel at commencement of the Charter if such failure is caused by reasons beyond the control of Party Boat Charter or by reason of said Vessel having been disabled.
- Should such delivery not be made within one day after specified date any deposits or amounts therefore paid on charter hire shall be returned to Charterer.
Travel Insurance:
- We recommend purchasing travel/trip cancellation insurance to cover any out-of-pocket expenses in case of charter cancellation.
- Party Boat Charter or the Vessel Owner is not responsible for reimbursement of any out-of-pocket expenses of Charterer due to cancelation of charter by Captain. These fees include, but are not limited to, airfare, hotel, taxi, parking, etc.
