Welcome aboard "Fins Up!"
The perfect day in Palm Beach includes a boat, snorkeling, beautiful views, palm trees, adventure and crystal clear waters with some of the best local guides in the county. Join us on ‘Fins Up’ , an Aquasport Osprey 26' boat with a capacity for 6 people for a fun day on the water.
Guests will meet their Captain and First Mate at the pick up location of choice before taking off for a boat ride to tropical Peanut Island for tranquil snorkeling and fun adventuring on and around the island. Peanut Island offers several interesting snorkel spots with many different species of sealife to observe while on tour.
If you decide to adventure on land, you will find a beautiful walk way to observe sealife from above the water and plenty of great photo opportunities.

Important Information
- Please meet your Captain and Mate at the pick up location specified when booking 10 mins prior to your tour start time.
- Please have ea. person sign a waiver prior to boarding the boat.
- All spray sunscreen must be applied before getting on the boat.
- If you have a small child(ren) you are bringing on the boat, please let us know so that we can make sure we have the right size of PFD onboard your charter.
- Gratuity is not included in the price of your charter. We recommend that you leave gratuity in cash, add on to your booking, and/or Venmo your guide and mate if you feel their services were wonderful.
- You may bring one cooler onboard the boat. However, one cooler with ice and water will be provided for you and your guests. (Please no glass!)
- If you get seasick or are not sure if you do, there are several therapies you can take or use to help with this prior to boarding the boat. We suggest talking with your doctor or local pharmacist for recommendations.
What to Bring:
Towel, Snacks, Drinks (no glass), sunscreen, sunglasses, sandals or water shoes, hat, swimsuit, exposure protection, anything else we cannot provide.

- please note the following: If you have booked this activity on a weekend or late in the afternoon on a weekday for Phil Foster Park, we highly suggest you use rideshare to the park as there is usually no parking during this time.
If you chose Downtown West Palm Beach: 141 S. Flagler Dr., West Palm Beach, FL 33401
- Please use garage or lot parking nearby the city docks where you will be meeting your captain and guide. Be prepared to walk a few blocks once parked to the waterfront area. The dock to meet your captain and guide is located right across Flagler Dr. from ER Bradleys Restaurant (do not park at ER's) which is located at Flager Dr. & Datura St.

Cancellation Policy
Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Customers will receive a full refund if notice is made with at least 72 hours notice
- Less than 72 hours notice, no refund will be given. You can reschedule to a different date during scheduled availability for $150 rebooking fee
- Cancellations made less than 72 hours of a scheduled booking will be charged a 50% cancellation fee
- Customers will receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. This is determined by the Captain. If we do have to cancel because of weather conditions or any other circumstances, we will do our best to reschedule you during the time you are here.
- Trips are not cancelled due to rain
- No shows will be charged the full price of the booked boat charter. No refunds will be given due to the potential loss of business/expenses incurred.
We are a small team who specialize in small intimate group settings, in order to keep our business sustainable and activities enjoyable we must adhere to a stern cancellation policy. Thank you for understanding.
