• Bring government issued ID; security restrictions at Pearl Harbor will be enforced. Please do not bring bags or anything that could offer concealment. Storage is available at Pearl Harbor for $8.00 per item.
• OUR TOURS DO NOT ALLOW GUESTS TO MEET DIRECTLY AT PEARL HARBOR. GUESTS MUST MEET AT ONE OF THE PICK UP LOCATIONS OFFERED; YOU MAY NOT DRIVE OUT TO PEARL HARBOR ON YOUR OWN.
• Attire: Dress comfortably, but please remember that shirts and footwear are required on the USS Arizona Memorial; swimsuits not permitted.
• Snacks and drinks are available and may be purchased independently at the Pearl Harbor Visitor Center gift shop.
NOTE: Due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, the Navy may suspend boat operations to the USS Arizona Memorial at any time or impose a capacity restriction on the boat; as a result, occasionally, you may be placed in the standby line. Please accept our apologies in advance.
Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations: In order to be eligible for a refund, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the start of your tour. Unfortunately, no refunds will be issued for tours cancelled within 24 hours of the tour start time.
• Private Charter Cancellations: In order to be eligible for a refund, cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to the start of your charter. Unfortunately, no refunds will be issued for charters cancelled within 24 hours of your scheduled start time.
• Please call (808) 591-2561 to reconfirm your tour at least 24 hours prior.
• Please report any disability requiring special attention at time of booking. E Noa will make all reasonable attempts to accommodate visitor’s needs.
