We run on a tight schedule to give every guest the best possible experience. Please arrive at or before your designated check-in time (not tour start time!). Arriving even a few minutes late can delay the entire group and impact our carefully planned adventures.

More than 15 minutes late? We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your tour. If we’re able to accommodate a new time, a $100 late/reschedule fee will apply.

No-shows and guests who arrive too late to join the tour are not eligible for a refund.

Cancellations made 24+ hours in advance are fully refunded.

Cancellations made within 24 hours are non-refundable. Any remaining balance will be charged to the card on file.

Tours canceled due to unsafe weather (at our discretion) will be fully refunded if we’re unable to reschedule.
