Your tour is booked. Excited? You’re about to embark on the adventure of a lifetime. As you prepare for your tour, please keep in mind the following:
⏰ Be sure to arrive 30 minutes prior to start time. Tours depart promptly at the scheduled time, while public transport throughout Italy can be unreliable. No refunds will be given for failure to arrive at the meeting point on time.
❗ On Sundays, your train will depart from Termini Station at 08:58 and continue on all the way to Pompei. Do not get off the train at Naples, your guide will await you directly as you get off the train in Pompei (and don't worry, clear instructions for the rail journey will be sent to you the day before your tour).
ℹ️ This is NOT your rail ticket. You will receive a final confirmation including final instructions and your PDF rail tickets by email the day before your tour.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be received in writing. Tours will be refunded if cancelled more than 24 hours before the tour start time, however the following penalties apply:
For tours entering the Pompeii Archeological Park (venues where tickets are non-refundable) a penalty of $30 per person will be retained
