Requirements and Information:
- Must be 25 years or older to rent
- Boater’s safety license required if born after 12/31/87: Https://www.boatus.org/florida/
- No towing allowed
- Stay out of the Gulf of Mexico, east of the Florida/Alabama line and west of Navarre Beach
- Do not operate the boats at night
- No smoking or grilling aboard the vessel
- Must have a designated non-drinking driver

GPS Plot Charter on each boat to help you confidently navigate the water. - The boat is supplied with a full tank of gas upon departure and will be refilled upon returned and charged by gallon to the card on file to allow you more time on the water

🛑 Complete boat rental agreement upon receipt listing each passengers name, date of
birth and select their life jacket size. Located in the attached link.
⚓️ ARRIVAL: CAPTAIN/DRIVER MUST ARRIVE 45 minutes prior to departure time to conduct a safety tutorial, maps, navigational aids, etc... Text Steve upon arrival @ 850-686-2402, he will meet the Captain at the gate in the back parking lot of The Sandbar
Restaurant (in between the Veranda’s condos and Shaggy’s restaurant).
⚓️ ACCESSIBILITY: Passengers must be physically able to walk to dock and on and off the bow of the vessel. Not wheelchair accessible.
⛈ WEATHER POLICY: Mermaid crew makes the decision at the time of departure, NO EXCEPTIONS! You will receive information via text and/or email if the weather prevents us from cruising and a refund or reschedule for inclement weather.

🅿️ PARKING: One vehicle allowed per boat, in the parking lot of Sabine Marina behind the blue building. Parking is a challenge, please carpool if driving.
🍹 FOOD & BEVERAGE: You may bring your own snacks, food and/or beverages; must be 21 to consume alcohol on the vessel, glass is not allowed. A list of restaurants to dock -n-
dine or pick up by boat to go will remain on the boat during your rental and is also
available on our website.
🧊 ICE: Available at the marina $4/bag cash
🦺 LIFEJACKETS: Provided (infant to XXL)
👨🏼✈️ GRATUITY: Not required, but graciously accepted and appreciated by our Mermaid Crew.
🛺 GOLF CART TRANSPORTATION: We HIGHLY suggest you put your mind at ease and take a golf cart to get you to the dock on time. With front door service and reservations available, you can set up your pick up in advance.The golf cart drivers work for tips, so please be generous. Call Gopher Carts 850-972-8485 in advance to set up pick up times. (Gratuity suggestions: $4-$5/per person or $10-20/per cart.

Cancellation Policy
NO CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 14 DAYS OF BOOKING ON MULTI DAY RENTALS
Cancellations may be made two weeks (14 days) or more prior to the scheduled boat rental departure time without penalty. Cancellations between fourteen (14) and seven (7) days prior to scheduled boat rental departure time shall be charged 50% of agreed upon rental price.
Cancellations within one week and due to “NO SHOW” shall be charged 100% of agreed upon rental price on the credit card provided. You will be considered a NO SHOW if you are more than 30 minutes late for your scheduled departure time. Frisky Mermaid Dolphin Tours & Boat Rentals reserves the right to cancel any reservation due to inclement weather that would make the rental unsafe in which a credit or full refund will be given. Decision to cancel due to inclement weather belongs solely to Frisky Mermaid Dolphin Tours & Boat Rentals not the Renter.
