Cancellation Policy
- Customers will receive a full refund with 24 hours’ notice of cancellation. Customers will also receive a full refund in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price.

We have been organizing horseback riding tours for two decades. We discovered one of the most engaging ways to interact with nature, and since then, the Horseback riding is what the stables is known for. We have horses suitable to every level of experience and other alternatives to have fun in groups or family. Come and visit us! Island View Stables will give you the opportunity to explore Puerto Rico’s landscapes.
Important Information for Check- In
For your security, at check-in you are required to present the credit card that was used to pay for your booking and matching valid photo identification. The name listed on your credit card must be identical to the contact name listed on your booking.
Time of Arrival: 15 minutes prior to departure time.
NOTE --- if you arrive after the departure time you will be too late to join or if you don't showing up and will not be refunded.
Note --- if you arrive at our facilities and do not ride a horse, the money is not refundable under any circumstances.
Attire: Long pants and close shoes are common attire.
Minimum Age: Please remember that the minimum age is 2 - 6 years old.
Social Media Postings: We encourage you to “LIKE” @islandviewstablepalmasdelmar you can share your photos of your adventure.

Cancellation Policy
Clients will receive a full refund with a cancellation notice if they cancel 24 hours before the tour departure time. Customers will also receive a full refund in the event of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. They must contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. Guests who do not arrive 30 minutes prior to departure time and arrive after departure time will not be refunded or rescheduled and will lose participation.
You ONLY have up to 24 hours prior to departure time for any changes to your reservation.
You WILL NOT receive a refund if you cancel less than 24 hours before the tour or if you don't show up.
You WILL NOT receive a refund if you make your reservation the same day or after 24 hours of your departure time.
ALL reservations made for the same day, THE SALE IS FINAL, no changes or refunds are made.
Participants that weigh more than 250 lbs or minors under 18 years of age without an adult over 18 years may not participate and the money is non-refundable.

Los clientes recibirán un reembolso completo con un aviso de cancelación si cancela 24 horas antes de la hora de salida de su tour. Los clientes también recibirán un reembolso completo en caso de cancelación del operador debido al clima u otras circunstancias imprevistas.
