Please meet 10 minutes prior to the start of your lesson at our shop
All students are required to wear swimwear inside the pool. Swim diapers are required for non-potty trained keiki.
If students need goggles, they must provide their own. Goggles will not be provided for lessons.
Cancellation Policy
ALL SWIM PACKAGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

Swim lessons must be cancelled no later than 24 hours prior to your scheduled date and time to be eligible for a refund of the lesson to your package.

Customers will receive a refund of their scheduled lesson in case of operator cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances. Please contact us by phone or email to cancel or inquire about a cancellation.

All no-shows or late cancellations received within the 24 hour cancellation period will be non-refundable, this includes all swim lessons.
