Pearl Harbor Tour Update
Dates: September 3 – October 13
Aloha!
The USS Arizona Memorial will be closed for construction during this time. No visitors or tour companies will have access to enter the memorial itself.
You will still enjoy full access to the Pearl Harbor Visitor Center and its exhibits.
On select days, the U.S. Navy may permit a boat ride “drive-by” around the memorial. Please note this is not guaranteed and will only be confirmed on the day of your visit.

IMPORTANT THINGS TO REMEMBER:
🔹 A government-issued ID is required for entry.
🔹 Bags are not allowed at the Visitor Center.
🔹 Wallets must be no larger than a standard cell phone.
🔹 Bag storage is available for $10.00 per bag.
We recommend bringing only essential items such as:

✅ Wallets
✅ Water bottles
✅ Necessary medications
🚨 SECURITY INFORMATION:
* Please avoid carrying large bags—security protocols will be strictly enforced at Pearl Harbor.
* Prohibited items: iPad cases and clutch wallets.
* Bag storage is available for $10.00 per bag at Pearl Harbor.
👕 DRESS CODE:
* Casual, respectful attire is required. Sundresses, shorts, and t-shirts are all acceptable.
* Swimwear, cover-ups, or anything too revealing (like bikinis) are not allowed.
* Since it’s a memorial site, it’s best to dress modestly and comfortably.
🚼 Strollers & Car Seats:

Fold-up strollers are not recommended, as they are rarely used during the tour and not permitted on the boat ride to the USS Arizona Memorial.

Motorized wheelchairs/scooters and car seats are not allowed on the tour.

If you wish to bring a car seat, please note that you will need to purchase an additional seat for it.
Important Pearl Harbor Tour Policy
Due to strict Pearl Harbor regulations, we cannot meet guests at Pearl Harbor or hand out tickets there. All guests must meet in Waikīkī and ride our tour bus to participate.
📦 Lost & Found Policy
We understand how important your belongings are and are happy to assist with returns. Lost items can be shipped by Mail only, using a prepaid USPS Click-N-Ship® label provided by the guest. In-person meet-ups are not available. Items are held for 30 days before disposal. For detailed instructions, please contact Reservations at 808-926-3090.

🚫 Tour Cancellations
* A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required for a full refund.
* No-shows and cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may be charged full price, without exception.
🔄 Tour Changes
* 48 hours' notice is required to request a change of date or time.
* All rebookings are subject to availability and must meet the minimum guest capacity requirements listed below.
👥 Tour Minimums
* A minimum of 2 guests is required for the tour to operate.
* If the minimum is not met, customers will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
* While we aim to provide advanced notice, cancellations due to low participation may occur up to 1 hour before the tour start time.
⛈ Inclement Weather & Company Closures
* Tours operate rain or shine.
* The company reserves the right to cancel or modify tours due to unsafe weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances.
* If a tour is canceled by the operator, customers will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
* While we strive to provide early notice, cancellations may occur up until the activity start time.
