Your dedicated Party Room is equipped with a Nintendo Switch and 55” wall mounted TV with access to many games for up to 6 players.

Access to your Party Room 30 minutes before the start of your party for setup and decoration.

Each guest will receive a BOGO card valid Monday - Thursday.

Party hosts are welcome to bring their own food, drinks, and deserts for their party. Arctic Sun VR has a refrigerator and freezer available for items that need to remain cold or frozen.

This is not an exclusive party package, there may be other reservations taking place in the arcade during your party.

Cancellation Policy
Party/Event Reservations: You will receive a full refund on your Party/Event booking deposit if cancelled at least 7 days before your reservation time. Cancellations made 2 to 6 days before the Party/ Event start time will receive a 50% refund on their event deposit. No refund will be given for cancellations within 48 hours of a reserved Party/ Event time.
You may reschedule your Party/ Event at any time up to 7 days before your reservation for no charge. If you wish to reschedule within 7 days of your reserved time, you will be charged a $50 rescheduling fee. Contact us by phone to change/cancel or inquire about a reservation.
No-shows will not be given a refund on their party booking and will be charged for any remaining balance due.
