We offer private rides for a more personalized, intimate horseback riding experience. Though it costs a little bit more than a group ride, this quality time in the isolated beauty of the Sonoran desert is well worth while.

About
- Please note this is a PRIVATE RIDE with just your party and our wrangler. Besides being private, we also take you out to see where the wild horses still roam on the reservation.
- PRIVATE RIDES: Please note WE DO NOT RUN, CANTER OR TROT our horses due to the desert terrain and ground burrowing animals for the riders' and horses' safety. You must listen to and remain with our staff at all times.
- Please check in at our office 15 minutes prior to ride time with all riders in jeans or pants and closed toe shoes for their own comfort and safety.
- We HIGHLY RECOMMEND that everyone wears helmets, which we provide at no charge.
- All riders must have a completed waiver of liability by the adult rider, parent of minor child (7yrs - 17yrs) or court appointed legal guardian. You may review and print out the waiver at our website at any time. If you are a legal court appointed or DCS appointed guardian, have copy of the first page of that with court case details to turn in with waiver.
Our knowledgeable wranglers are there to help you and answer any questions or concerns you may have. They will be more than happy to get a picture of you on your horse upon your return from the trail. If you like your ride you may tip your guide directly. If at any time you want to speak the manager, please contact us. Thank you again for coming out to visit us and enjoying the ride.

Thank you for choosing KOLI Equestrian Center. We look forward to having you as our guest!
We want to make sure your ride departs on schedule so please be on time. We ask that you be at our center 15 minutes prior to the scheduled ride time or meet our van driver just outside of the hotel lobby at the time stated when making the reservation.
If you have minor children that are not yours, please ensure you have a completed waiver by the parent or legally court appointed guardian (relatives other than actual parent cannot complete waiver for a minor). The waiver may be found by clicking the link in this Booking Confirmation "SIGN KOLI WAIVER" (see above) that will be completed digitally or on our website on the top right which has to be printed and signed. It will be two pages (for minors both sides are to be completed). We do not allow double riding (adult with child on one horse not allowed).
We appreciate your cooperation and preparedness for the ride.
There's plenty of time on this casual ride for pictures as our guides lead you through the mesquite trees and many other desert plants, shrubs, cacti and wildlife on the trail. If you want a picture on the horse, the wrangler will be more than happy to take one for you when you return back from the ride. Our prices for horseback rides (not events) includes tax, however wrangler gratuities are not included. If you enjoy your ride, tip your guide.

We are located at Wild Horse Pass near Maricopa RD and KOLI RD. If you are looking for directions, please use Google Maps and enter KOLI Equestrian Center instead of the address (as the address may take you to our post office box).
Easiest Directions:
- Take I-10 to exit 162, which is Wild Horse Pass Blvd.
- Head west to first traffic light which will be Maricopa Rd (to the left is a Chevron Gas Station and to the right is the entry to the Wild Horse Pass Casino & Hotel).
- Make left turn onto Maricopa Road and head 1.5 miles. You will pass the Gila River Fire Department, which will be on your right. Just a little further you will see Koli Rd Street Sign on the right.
- Make a right turn at Koli Rd (cannot turn left) and head to the very end of the road. You will go approx 1.5 miles where the road makes a sharp right turn.
- Follow that around and when you get to the stop sign you will see us in front of you.

Cancellation Policy
Please note for a FULL Refund you must cancel 48 hours prior to scheduled ride date and time (this policy for all horseback rides only - not special events) by sending an email to Info@KOLIequestrian.com. This includes but not limited to changes to any reservation for any reason.
Cancellation 24 - 48 hours we will refund half of the amount paid (this policy for all horseback rides only - not special events). If you make a date change there will be a $50 booking change fee deducted from your payment with the balance due the day you rescheduled. We may only reschedule a ride ONCE.
If you cancel the same day there will be no money credited back for any reason. If you make a date change request you will loose the cost of one ride deducted from payment with the balance due the date you rescheduled. We will only reschedule ONCE.
We no longer provide Customer Courtesy Rebooking or Refunds.
