Cancellation Policy
A full refund is provided if the tour is canceled more than 24 hours prior to tour departure time. Cancellations within 24 hours of tour departure time or guest no-shows are not eligible for a refund. Bookings received within 24 hours of tour start are not eligible for a refund, except bookings with Trip Protection. Bookings with Trip Protection are eligible for a full refund up to 12 hours prior to the tour start. Refund requests are to be received within 7 days of the date of the tour.
Refunds or partial refunds for tours, activities, flights, or venues that are cancelled due to reasons outside of our control (weather, force majeure, etc.) as well as refunds for extenuating circumstances will not be honored.
