***About This Excursion:
Food and snacks are readily available at all beaches and restroom facilities are provided for your convenience.
***Magen’s Bay beach requires a $7.00 admission fee to be utilized for guests 12 and over, guests under 12 can utilize the beach for free… not much on water sports activities.
***Coki Beach has the best snorkeling and water sports activities on the island.
***Kids under the age of two years will be free to utilize our services here at Brenda and Franko's Fun Tours:)

Cruise Ship Passengers:
For ships arriving at the Haven site Cruise Ship Port, look for the "*B&F Fun Tours" sign at The Tap And Still Bar and Grill.**.
For ships arriving at the Crown Bay Cruise Ship Port, look for the "B&F Fun Tours" sign at the Wind Mill.
Resort Guests:
If you are staying on the island, please look for the "*B&F Fun Tours" sign at the Welcome Area of your resort, hotel, or villa.

All booked confirmations with Brenda & Franko's Fun Tours are based on local time. As we are on local time, the pickup time stated on all confirmations will be considered as local time and should be respected as such so as not to confuse individuals with the ship's time. EXTREMELY IMPORTANT!!

Cancellation Policy
Brenda and Franko's Fun Tours make the best effort possible to service our customers. In the event a reservation has to be canceled, customers will be charged a fee depending on how far from the excursion the cancellation takes place. The cancellation fees listed here will apply to all reservations.
30 days or more prior to your excursion - 10% of the total purchase amount.
7 - 9 days prior to your excursion - 25% of the total purchase amount.
4 - 6 days prior to your excursion - 50% of the total purchase amount.
1 - 3 days prior to an excursion - 90% of the total purchase amount.
Day of your excursion - 100% of the total purchase amount.
Cancellations due to weather conditions or no show by the cruise ships are fully refunded less credit card charges if applicable.
All reservations for Airport Transfers must be canceled 24 hours or more prior to your scheduled pick-up time or originally scheduled flight to qualify for a refund.
Any cancellations made less than 24 hours are non-refundable. Services may be rescheduled.
No-shows are non-refundable.
Brenda and Franko's Fun Tours will not issue refunds for flight delays, missed flights, or circumstances beyond our control.
