ARRIVE IN TIME:
Still a lot of people are running late. Please respect this information and arrive 15 minutes before departure at the given location.

SMOKING CANNABIS:
For people who want to smoke cannabis. Please bring your own supplies. We do not sell any cannabis products on board and respect the local laws.
There is a quality coffeeshop close to our departure location. Named 'Green house coffee shop', Snoop doggs favourite coffee shop. Don't know what kind of weed you want? Their employees can help you out. Be aware, it can be busy.
TOBACCO:
We have the same rules as a coffeeshop regarding tobacco. When the boat is (semi) open smoking tobacco is allowed. When it is fully closed, it is not allowed.
If that might be a problem for you, please let us know.
RAIN:
When a lot of rain is predicted, we cruise covered with our new and beautiful aquarium roof. Also the seats are heated. So we are cosy, warm, safe and sound!
TIP:
If you are very curious, we advice you to sit in front. So you can easily communicate with our Captain and Host.

Cancellation Policy
Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 24 hours notice of cancellation. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price. Re-scheduling the tour in another date/time is only allowed to customers tha have purchased re-scheduling insurance. (ONLY 12 hours before your booking)
