Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your ferry or activities departure time for check in. Check in at our floating office at the end of the long wooden pier.
When you turn onto Simmons Rd. you will make your first right to head into our parking lot. Then you will walk down the long wooden pier, at the end of the pier you will make a left and see our floating office with an Island Head sign on the side of the building. Check in here!
Boarding will start 15 minutes prior to your ferry departure time. The ferries will depart no later than their scheduled time. If you or your group miss your scheduled ferry there are no refunds or reschedules. Thank you for understanding
Remember to bring your confirmation email and ID in order to pick-up your tickets.

A valid driver license is required to rent a golf cart.

Cancellation Policy
Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 72 hours notice of cancellation. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will not be allowed to transfer to another trip or time and will be charged the full price. If we terminate a scheduled trip early to allow for a safe return to the marina. No refund will be given for trips terminated early due to severe weather.
