About
Pickup at the hotel and learn about the history of Fairbanks as you make your way out of town toward the Chena Valley for a day of geothermal soaking and gold rush history. Stop at the pipeline to snap a photo on the way. At Chena Hot Springs you have time to soak in the pools (Outdoor pool guests must be 18+, guests under 18 welcome to use indoor facilities), visit the ice museum, and enjoy a leisurely lunch.

- Dress warm in layers for photo and pipeline stop, and bring your bathing suit to change into!
- 4 quarters for swimming locker rental, and 1 towel rental will be provided.
- Bring additional towels if needed.
- Lunch not included, restaurant on site.
- Your guide will be in touch approximately 30 minutes prior to pickup to confirm they are on the way!
Cancellation Policy
Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 72 hours cancellation notice before departure on day tours operated by Greatland Adventures. Requests made within 72 hours of tour start time are non-refundable. Reschedules may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by email to submit written records or your cancellation request. No-shows will be charged the full price. Tours not operated by Greatland Adventures (Including but not limited to fixed-wing flightseeing, bear viewing, and helicopter tours) are subject to each operator's cancellation policy.
