For private walking tours: Full refund for cancellation up to 48 hours in advance.
For graffiti workshops at our outdoor location: Full refund for cancellation up to 48 hours in advance.
For graffiti workshops at an indoor location which we arrange: subject to the cancellation policy of the rented venue.
For activities at your location: Full refund for cancellation up to 7 days in advance.

RESCHEDULING
For public walking tours: rescheduling is allowed (without penalty) up to 24 hours in advance.
For private walking tours: rescheduling is allowed (without penalty) up to 48 hours in advance.

OPERATOR CANCELLATION
Customers will also receive a full refund in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
NO-SHOW's
No-shows will be charged the full price. Tours depart promptly. Any late arrival will be considered no-show. Unfortunately we cannot provide any grace period - out of consideration to the other customers.
Tourist pass holders will not be charged if they arrive at the tour on time. However late arrivals or no-show's will be charged the full price.
