Check in Details: We require a 45-minute check in prior to your tour to view safety briefing video.
What to Bring: If flying with doors off, we recommend bringing a light jacket or wind breaker and if anyone has long hair, please bring a hair tie.
Special Requirements: Children between the ages of 7-12 must fly with doors on.
Restrictions: We have a 285lb per person weight limit.
Extras: 2-way communication with your pilot are provided with noise cancelling headsets.

What is your cancellation policy?
A 48-hour cancellation or change of tour notice is required for all airplane tours. If for any reason you decide to cancel or change your reservation, you must notify us 48-hours prior to the tour date/time. Cancellations, changes, or no-shows within 48-hours of the tour are not refundable and will be charged in full. Routes and flight patterns subject to change due to weather conditions.
Do you offer transportation?
Uber and local taxis are available to and from our location at the Lihue Airport
Are taxes and fuel surcharges included in the price?
Yes, we have no other added fees.
What if the weather is bad? Do we get a refund?
Should your flight be delayed or canceled due to inclement weather, we will make every effort to reschedule. In the event that rescheduling is not possible, you will receive a full refund.
Will I see everything in your tour description?
Every attempt will be made by our pilots to cover each site described, weather permitting. Pilots will adjust their flight path for wind and weather and may include alternate sites. You will have the very best air tour of Kauai possible! However, your safety and comfort come first!
What should I wear?
For our Open Door Helicopter Tour we recommend brining a sweater or jacket.
For our airplane tour we recommend wearing comfortable dark colored shirt to minimize any glare.
Should we bring a camera?
Yes, we encourage passengers to bring their cameras. We also provide phone lanyards for passengers flying in our open-door helicopters.
How many people does our Helicopters and Airplane hold?
Our Helicopters holds 3 passengers and our airplane holds 4 passengers, everyone gets a window seat.
When should I do my tour?
We recommend doing your tour in the beginning of your stay. Reason being that if the weather is marginal we can reschedule your tour to another day, also your pilot will be giving you many unique and special places to visit during your stay which you will not want to miss out on.

For your Doors off Helicopter Tour:
- Wear or bring a fitted jacket or sweater
- Wear Long pants or jeans (Optional)
- Wear closed toe shoes or sandals with a strap (no flip flops or slippers)
- Hair needs to be securely tied back. No Claw Hair Clips allowed.
- No large earrings or hats
- Sunglasses are at your pilot's discretion
- Cameras & Gopros will need a strap or lanyard
- We provide lanyards for your cell phones
- We will be weighing all passengers upon check-in
- We allow only 1 photo device per person. Camera, Phone, Gopro etc...
Weight & Age Restrictions
Passengers must be at least 7 years of age and weigh 40 pounds or more. Ages 7-11 doors will be on. Total weight per seat shall not exceed 275 lbs. For groups of 3 passengers, no more than one person can be 200+lbs, with a total passenger weight not to exceed 560lbs. Per FAA regulations, ALL passengers will be weighed at check-in.
(NOTE: Seat assignment may be subject to weight and balance restrictions of the aircraft.)
Weather Policy
All tours are subject to cancellation or reschedule due to weather, your tour may be adjusted or canceled up to 30 minutes prior to departure.
Routes and flight patterns are subject to change due to weather conditions.
Cancellation Policy
Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 48 hours notice of cancellation. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price.
