- The weight limit is 425 pounds per boats and no more than 250 pounds per seat. Each of our kayaks are doubles (tandem).

IMPORTANT INFORMATION BEFORE YOU ARRIVE:
PLEASE BE SURE TO SIGN YOUR WAIVER ONLINE BEFORE YOU ARRIVE.
Please plan to arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled tour! We launch from the small kayak launch area near the gazebo. Please look for the clear kayaks + your tour guide as you arrive!
If you arrive later than your scheduled tour time you will be considered a NO SHOW and won’t be able to receive a refund OR reschedule your tour. We understand that Miami traffic may be difficult so please plan ahead to ensure you do not miss your tour. We do still paddle out in the event of rain, however if there are unsafe weather conditions, our team would make the decision to cancel the scheduled tour and issue a refund to the original form of payment or reschedule the tour.
- Also, a friendly reminder: our guides work on the generosity from tips. If you haven't tipped in advance we recommend tipping in cash! We like to say, "If you enjoyed your ride, tip your guide!"
Please remember that we require the you need to have purchased the trip protection if you need to cancel or reschedule the activity for any reason 12 hours before your paddle, and if you have any other questions, feel free to get in touch.

Get Up And Go Kayaking - Miami
Cancellation Policy
Trips that are canceled by Get Up And Go Kayaking due to inclement weather, will not be charged; if your card has been charged prior to the trip, all funds will be refunded.
No cancellations or reschedules without trip protection. No-show participants will not be refunded nor rescheduled. This includes showing up with fewer paddlers than the original amount booked for. If the guest does not make it by the tour time, the tour will proceed and any no-shows will not be refunded nor rescheduled.
All cancellations must be done by phone or email at least 12 hours prior to your scheduled tour time if you have purchased trip protection. You will receive a reply once your trip has been canceled.
