Tour departs from the 2661 Taylor Street TOUR CENTER location in Fisherman's Wharf
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your selected tour time. Private tours arriving later than 30 minutes of their designated start time will incur fees; we charge a $75 per every 30 minutes for late arrivals, and after one hour the tour is cancelled, considered a no show and is non-refundable.
Please note, tour guide gratuity is not included in tour pricing and should be given directly to tour guides.
Arrival instructions and information
• Please bring a valid ID and a Credit Card with you to pick up your bikes.
• We take a credit card pre-authorization on all rentals and tours, starting at $150. The authorized amount is held until we have the safe return of all rental equipment. The various amounts required for bike types is as follows: $150 City Bike; $200 Performance; $300 Tandem; $600 Electric bike; $700 Road Aluminum; $1,200 Road Carbon.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and No-Show Policy:
• Cancellations made 72 hours prior to reservation date & time are fully refunded. Cancellations within 72 hours of reserved date & time are charged in full, and considered non-refundable. No-shows are charged in full, and considered non-refundable.
Changed Reservation Date Policy:
• If a reservation date is changed from its original date, the changed reservation disqualifies the above cancellation policy. The changed reservation date is charged in full, is considered non-refundable, and is charged in full.
Reservation Terms & Conditions:
• Reservation is for the day only unless rented for multiple days; bikes kept overnight are charged an overnight fee starting at $25 per bike. Bikes MUST BE STORED INDOORS overnight otherwise they will be stolen; we hold your deposit until the bikes are safely returned
• Reservation is valid for redemption for bikes/equipment/tours noted on this invoice receipt. It is not transferable, has no cash value, and may be redeemed only once.
