Itinerary: 1. We depart from the beautiful Island Time Marina
2. Head out towards the famous Banana River Lagoon while looking for those wonderful bottlenose dolphins
4. Raise the sail and head south past Cocoa Beach
5. Cruise back in the canals while listening to tropical music and fun commentary about wildlife, the local area history and sailing facts.
6. Watch a beautiful Florida sunset from the bow.

This is a weather permitting activity. As we are outside on the water, safety is our first concern! If your trip happens to be cancelled due to weather related issues, we will notify you ASAP by email or phone. There is no fee to reschedule if we issue a Captain cancellation.
Wildlife notice
As the animals we encounter are wild and untrained, we can never guarantee wildlife sightings.
Please note that all marine mammals in the wild, including dolphins and manatees, are a protected species. It is illegal to pet, feed, or entice them per the Marine Mammal Protection Act. We are there to observe these animals in their natural habitats and to not disturb them.

All passengers will need a ticket regardless of age or participation of activities
Our staff and crew at Cocoa Beach Catamaran will strive to give you the best possible service and at the same time make every effort to insure your trip is both enjoyable and successful.
Cocoa Beach Catamaran has a ZERO tolerance drug policy on all our vessels. If illegal drugs are discovered onboard, the trip will be terminated immediately and return to the dock without a refund.
Although we rarely cancel trips, we do reserve the right to cancel a trip for any reason whatsoever, including too few participants, adverse weather, mechanical failures, or circumstances which make the operation of the trip inadvisable. If we cancel a trip as aforementioned; we will refund all payments in full which were made to Cocoa Beach Catamaran. Cancellations due to weather or mechanical failures which occur during a trip will be prorated and the appropriate amount will be refunded.
Cancellation Policy – What You Need to Know
We get it — plans change! Here’s a quick look at our cancellation policy:
Cancel anytime before the day of your sail for a full refund of your ticket price (public sails).
Trip Insurance (10%) is non-refundable.
Same-day cancellations? You’re covered only if you purchased Trip Insurance.
No-shows are not eligible for refunds.
If we cancel due to weather, you’ll get a full refund (including insurance) or the chance to reschedule.
Need to cancel or adjust your booking? Just reply to this email or give us a call — we’re happy to help!
Trip Protection: Guests who added Trip protection to their booking will be eligible to cancel their reservation for a full refund with 4 hours notice or more.
Guests cancelling their public tour reservations less than 4 hours before departure are not eligible for a refund and will forfeit 100% of their payment.
Cancellations for private charters made by clients at least 7 days prior to the scheduled date of your reservation will receive a full refund. Cancellations for private charters made by clients at least 72 hours (3 days) prior will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations for private charters made by clients with less than 72 hours (3 days) to their reserved activity are non-refundable.
Payment details: Reservations are required and all payments must be made before your reservation date so we can secure your spot and send your tickets. Visa/MasterCard/AMEX Accepted.
Weather: This is a weather permitting activity. As we are outside on the water, safety is our first concern! If the customer decides to move due to their interpretation of the weather, a reschedule fee of 50% will apply.
No call, no show - You forfeit your payment.
If you don't show up at departure time, your tickets will be considered a No Show and forfeit your reservation (this includes vouchers). Please be at the tour location 15 minutes before your scheduled departure as the boat will leave at the scheduled departure time. If you are running late, please call 321.328.5558 to notify us so we do not mark you as a no show.
