Enjoy a majestic sunset cruise with Cruise Cocoa. Departing from Eau Gallie Boat Launch in Melbourne, Florida. We explore the Indian River Lagoon and the historic landmarks of the area. This fun and romantic 2-hour boat ride will give you plenty of opportunities to view wildlife, nature and the array of colors our sunsets provide.
Bring your camera to capture the spectacular sunset as well as flocks of birds, playful dolphin and herds of manatees you may encounter during your excursion. You are also welcomed to bring your personal choice of beverages. We provide bottled water and ice within a cooler.
A perfect way to end your day of adventure, a nice relaxing cruise as the colors of the sunset relax us into our Florida evening.

The Captain will meet you on the boat at the pavilion just west of the boat ramp/ launch area.

Important:
Please arrive 15 minutes before your tour start time.
WE LEAVE PROMPTLY AT TOUR TIME. WE DO NOT WAIT FOR LATE ARRIVALS AND WILL NOT ISSUE REFUNDS DUE TO LATE ARRIVALS. PLEASE PLAN ACCORDINGLY.
You must bring a photo ID for the tour.
Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
What to bring:
Wear casual clothes (no high heels) such as shorts, tee-shirts, caps, etc. Bring a jacket if it's below 70 as the breeze can be chilly...for us Floridians anyhow!
A camera to capture all the sights along the way.
Sunscreen.
Soft Drinks, snacks and beer or wine, if you wish. Please no glass bottles or hard alcohol.

Safety information, life preservers, and local information from the Captain and crew.
Weather:
This is a weather permitting activity, as we are outside on the water and safety is our first priority! If your trip happens to be canceled due to weather related issues, we will notify you ASAP by email or phone. There is no fee to reschedule if we issue a Captain cancellation.
Wildlife notice:
As the animals we encounter are wild and untrained, we can never guarantee wildlife sightings.
Please note that all marine mammals in the wild, including dolphins and manatees, are a protected species. It is illegal to pet, feed, or entice them per the Marine Mammal Protection Act. We are there to observe these animals in their natural habitats and to not disturb them.

A: We allow you to bring your own beverages on board, we just ask that there is no glass.

Gratuity for the crew is always appreciated. The standard tipping range is 10-20% of your ticket price. If your tour was fantastic let your crew know.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations due to weather or mechanical failures which occur during a trip will be prorated, and the appropriate amount will be refunded.
Cancellations for private charters made by clients at least 7 days prior to the scheduled date of your reservation will receive a full refund. Cancellations for private charters made by clients at least 72 hours (3 days) prior will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations for private charters made by clients with less than 72 hours (3 days) to their reserved activity are non-refundable.
Guests canceling their public tour reservations 24 hours or more prior to departure are eligible to receive a full refund or can elect to re-book the tour on another date based on availability.
Guests canceling their public tour reservations less than 24 hours before departure are not eligible for a refund and will forfeit 100% of their payment.
Payment details: Reservations are required, and all payments must be made before your reservation date, so we can secure your spot and send your tickets. Visa/MasterCard/AMEX Accepted.

No call, no show - You forfeit your payment.
If you don’t show up at departure time, your tickets will be considered a No Show and forfeit your reservation (this includes vouchers). Please be at the tour location 15 minutes before your scheduled departure, as the boat will leave at the scheduled departure time. If you are running late, please call (Phone number) to notify us, so we do not mark you as a no show.
