IMPORTANT INFORMATION - MUST READ
- You booked a Sightseeing tour. There is NO PEARL HARBOR included in the sightseeing
tours. If you want Pearl Harbor AND Sightseeing in one day then you need to book a
Pearl Harbor Tour. -
We hope you bring a reusable water bottle to help with reducing plastic. However we do have water. Please do not bring any sodas or other kinds of drinks. You may bring additional water if you wish. THERE IS NO EATING OR DRINKING ANYTHING EXCEPT WATER INSIDE THE VAN.

Please let us know if you have any children under the age of 7 years old. We have child seats and a booster that you can install.

If you would like a short stop ( 20 minutes ) for a swim please let us know at the time of booking in the comment section. This tour is primarily a Sightseeing Tour with no hiking or swimming however we customize our tours for you. We do need to know IN ADVANCE if you would like to add a short hike or swim. If you do not let us know at least one week in advance there will be NO Swimming or Hike.

We will have an itinerary for you. Remember we cannot show you all the locations on the island in one day. Every group is different therefore every tour is different. We are always flexible and if you have a special request please let us know in advance seven days prior to the tour. The tours are half days ( 5 hours ) and full days ( 8 hours ).
If the tour runs over time more than 30 mins we charge $150 for each additional hour.

Cancellation Policy
- Customers will receive a full refund with a seven day notice of cancellation prior to the tour. Notification by email or phone call. Afterwards there will be no refund. No exceptions including flight delays or illness.

- No-shows will be charged the full price.
- In the event we cancel a tour for any reason - due to weather, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances - Customers will receive a full refund.
