***Places explored on this particular experience are left to our guests' discretion as this is a private tour... Blackbeard's Castle and the 99 Steps, The St. Thomas Museum at Fort Christian, Emancipation Garden, The Jewish Synagogue, Mountain Top, Sir Francis Drake's Seat, Skyline Overlook, and the Eastern side of the island.

FOR GUESTS ARRIVING AT THE "HAVENSITE CRUISE SHIP PORT", PLEASE FOLLOW THE SIGNAGE THAT WILL LEAD YOU TO THE "INTERNET PREPAID CUSTOMER PICK UP KIOSK" LOCATED JUST OUTSIDE OF YOUR SHIP AT GATE #4..... YOU WILL FIND US THERE WITH OUR SIGN "B&F FUN TOURS".
FOR GUESTS ARRIVING AT THE "CROWN BAY CRUISE SHIP PORT, PLEASE WALK TO THE "WINDMILL" LOCATED TO THE RIGHT OF THE INFORMATION KIOSK AS SOON AS YOU EXIT THE SHIP'S GATE..... YOU WILL FIND US THERE HOLDING THE "B&F FUN TOURS SIGN."

Cancellation Policy
Brenda and Franko's Fun Tours make the best effort possible to service our customers. In the event a reservation has to be canceled, customers will be charged a fee depending on how far from the excursion the cancellation takes place. The cancellation fees listed here will apply to all reservations.
30 days or more prior to your excursion - 10% of the total purchase amount.
7 - 9 days prior to your excursion - 25% of the total purchase amount.
4 - 6 days prior to your excursion - 50% of the total purchase amount.
1 - 3 days prior to an excursion - 90% of the total purchase amount.
Day of your excursion - 100% of the total purchase amount.
Cancellations due to weather conditions or no show by the cruise ships are fully refunded less credit card charges if applicable.
All reservations for Airport Transfers must be canceled 24 hours or more prior to your scheduled pick-up time or originally scheduled flight to qualify for a refund.
Any cancellations made less than 24 hours are non-refundable. Services may be rescheduled.
No-shows are non-refundable.
Brenda and Franko's Fun Tours will not issue refunds for flight delays, missed flights, or circumstances beyond our control.
