You tell us what you want to see and do. Great for groups with similar interests. We are professional local photographers, naturalists and guides who will listen to you and then create a special custom tour. We specialize in “No-Rush” Tours. We know the island and can take you to places very few people know about – there are easy to medium hikes to incredible waterfalls, swimming at an almost deserted beach, or perhaps you would like to do some cultural exploring…then we show you old Hawaii. Any of our regular tours can be converted to a private tour.

Pick Up Information – Very Important !!!!

If you are staying in Waikiki, we will pick you up at your hotel.
PLEASE BE AT THE PICKUP LOCATION 10 MINUTES BEFORE DEPARTURE AND GIVE US 15 MIN LEEWAY AFTERWARDS.
PLEASE MAKE SURE WE HAVE YOUR CELL PHONE NUMBER.
If you are staying outside Waikiki and we will not be picking you up at your hotel. You will be picked up at the Ala Moana Hotel tour pickup area located on Mahukona Street. There is FREE parking at the Ala Moana Shopping Center. Please Google it ahead of time.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- WATER - We supply water. If you would like to bring additional water please do so.
Please do not bring any sodas or other kinds of drinks.
THERE IS NO EATING OR DRINKING ANYTHING EXCEPT WATER INSIDE THE VAN. You can snack once we arrive at a location.

We will not be locking the van on the so please be prepared to carry all valuables with you.

There is light walking - no hiking - on the tours. You must be able to get in and out of the van.

We provide tripods

Wear comfortable, closed-toed shoes. No sandals except for closed-toed sports sandals. We walk on sharp lava rock and sometimes run into mud.

You may want to bring a light jacket or a long-sleeved shirt. When we go to waterfalls there might be mosquitoes. We supply bug spray.

Sunscreen and a hat are highly recommended.

We recommend you bring an additional fully charged battery for your camera.

All tours can be enjoyed with a DSLR camera, pocket camera or smartphone.

For DSLR cameras it is recommended that you bring a polarizing filter.

Cancellation Policy
- Customers will receive a full refund with a seven day notice of cancellation prior to the tour. Notification by email or phone call. Four days cancellation notice prior to the tour here will be a 50% refund. Afterwards there will be no refund.
- COVID policy: If you are not feeling well please cancel the tour. If you cancel less than 5 days from tour date and show your positive COVID test you will receive a 25% refund.
- Contact us by email to cancel.
- No-shows will be charged the full price.
- In the event we cancel a tour for any reason - due to weather, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances - Customers will receive a full refund.
