🚌 Tour Check-In & Departure Location

509 West 3rd Avenue, Anchorage, AK 99501
(Directly across from the Hilton Hotel, Downtown Anchorage)
Please arrive at least 20 minutes prior to your departure time and check in with our representative on site.

We’ve streamlined our process to give you more time exploring and less time in transit. Instead of multiple hotel stops, we now pick up exclusively at our downtown office, saving up to an hour of unnecessary drive time — and letting you get straight to the good stuff!
Look for a gray van with a brown bear decal on the back — that’s your ride!

🌿 While You Wait: Garden Seating & Grab-and-Go Café
Before your tour, feel free to relax in our beautiful garden setting, a quiet and refreshing space to take in the Alaskan air. Need to use a restroom we now have one right inside the building lobby. Just ask for the key.

Inside, you'll find our grab-and-go café featuring locally inspired meals, fresh coffee, and snacks — perfect to enjoy before heading out on your adventure.
Please note: our sales office area is reserved for guests using the BOOK NOW kiosks or speaking with team members. We kindly ask that you use the guest seating or outdoor garden while waiting for your driver.

Once you’ve checked in, please stay nearby — we begin boarding almost immediately once the van arrives to keep everything on schedule.

If you find the office temporarily closed, don’t worry — we may have stepped out to assist guests at the Visitor Center who missed the updated pickup instructions. Simply wait patiently in the garden area — either a concierge will return shortly, or your driver will arrive to begin loading and check you in.

🚗 Getting Here & Parking Info

• Need a ride? Anchorage has Uber, Lyft, and reliable taxi services. Many hotels also offer free shuttle service to the downtown visitor center — just a short walk from our office.

• Driving? Paid lots are located directly across the street, and parking garages (marked with an orange “P”) are within one block. Be sure to snap a photo of your meter or ticket — so you can easily add time if your tour runs a bit long.

❗ Changes, Cancellations & Policies

• Full-fare tickets are refundable with at least 24 hours’ notice before your scheduled tour.
• Discount tickets are non-refundable, but can be rescheduled for the following day or a future date.
• For any changes, reach out to us via phone or email.
