Some drop-off locations like Magen's Bay beach and Lindqvist beach both require an entrance fee of $5.00 for individuals over the age of 12. Restaurants, chairs and umbrella rentals, snorkeling equipment and rest rooms are available on all beaches.

Cruise ship pickups are made at the windmill if your ship is docking at Crown Bay. Havensight cruise ship customers will be picked up at the pre-arranged kiosk. For hotel guests, pickups are made at the welcome center and lobbies.

Cancellation Policy
Brenda and Franko's Fun Tours make the best effort possible to service our customers. In the event a reservation has to be canceled, customers will be charged a fee depending on how far from the excursion the cancellation takes place. The cancellation fees listed here will apply to all reservations.
30 days or more prior to your excursion - 10% of the total purchase amount.
7 - 9 days prior to your excursion - 25% of the total purchase amount.
4 - 6 days prior to your excursion - 50% of the total purchase amount.
1 - 3 days prior to an excursion - 90% of the total purchase amount.
Day of your excursion - 100% of the total purchase amount.
Cancellations due to weather conditions or no show by the cruise ships are fully refunded less credit card charges if applicable.
All reservations for Airport Transfers must be canceled 24 hours or more prior to your scheduled pick-up time or originally scheduled flight to qualify for a refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours are non-refundable. Services may be rescheduled.
No shows are non-refundable.
Brenda and Franko's Fun Tours will not issue refunds for flight delays, missed flights, or circumstances beyond our control.
