DEPARTURE LOCATION
- 237 Stearns Wharf
- Stearns Wharf is the wood pier at the base of State Street (look for dolphin fountain)
- Walk or drive to end of wharf, we are on left side near the end
- Look for "BOAT RIDES" sign

CHECK-IN TIME
- At least 15 minutes before departure time , early check in is welcome
- Check in at kiosk, then get in designated line
- WE BOARD FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED for those in line
- Boat departs promptly at scheduled time
- ALL guests on reservation must be present at check-in. We do not hold the boat.
- Don't miss the boat!
PARKING
- Allow 30-45 minutes to find parking
- Paid parking on Stearns Wharf (limited)
- Additional paid parking in waterfront lots (1 Garden Street @ Cabrillo Blvd)
- We do not hold the boat for late arrivals due to parking
WHAT TO BRING
- Valid photo ID
- Comfortable shoes (no high heels), jacket/sweater, sunscreen
- Credit/debit card (no cash accepted)
ONBOARD SERVICES
- Full bar available for purchase (21+ with valid hardcopy ID only)
- Snacks available for purchase
- No outside alcohol or coolers
IMPORTANT POLICIES
Children:
- Tickets required for all ages (including infants)
- Under 13 not permitted on upper deck
Accessibility
- All guests must walk independently, without the assistance of others
- No wheelchairs or mobility devices
- No assistance devices (canes, walkers, crutches or braces/boots)
- This is not negotiable. If someone in your group in unable to board without assistance, please call to cancel & refund ticket(s)

- No pets, including emotional support animals (only ADA compliant service animals, trained for individuals with disabilities, are permitted)
- No Smoking/vaping/cannabis/illegal substances
- No high heels

- No amplified music (speaker phone, Bluetooth speakers, etc.)

- Tickets can be rescheduled if we are notified at least 48 hours before the scheduled departure.
- Rescheduling is not allowed for cancellations made within 48 hours of the departure time.
- There are no refunds or rebooking options for late arrivals or no-shows.
TRIP PROTECTION PLAN (if added at checkout)
- Refunds are available for cancellations with added trip protection
- Cancel up until 24 hours before departure time and receive a full refund of the ticket price
- Online booking fees and the trip protection fee are not refundable
- Cancellations after the 24-hour window, late arrivals and no shows are not eligible for a refund or rebooking
WEATHER POLICY
In the case that Celebration Cruises needs to cancel the cruise because of unsafe seas, bad weather, or other unforeseen circumstances, you will be given the option to reschedule to a future date or request a full refund.
