About This Experience
The Rainbow River in Dunnellon, Florida is known for its pristine beauty and natural conditions, and it’s an excellent family dive location since there is snorkeling available in addition to diving. The facilities include a boat ramp, changing room, and small beach. You will ride a water taxi upstream before entering the Rainbow River and then drift dive with your guide down-stream. There are numerous small caverns, boils, and popcorn springs along the way for some incredible viewing right here in Florida!
There are several different kinds of freshwater fish such as bass, brim, and gar that live in the waters. Rainbow river also has a variety of fresh water turtles including sliders, musk, and Florida soft shell.
Even better, you can combine this tour with a morning manatee tour or you can book this dive on its own in the morning. Please give us a call if interested!
If you were to order a perfect dive, the Rainbow River scuba dive adventure has everything you would Want: 100+ ft. visibility, calm water, 72 degree temperature year round, and plenty of wildlife. The added bonus of snorkelers being able to join just means that even more friends and family can join the fun!
Great for every level of experience. The river flows crystal clear for 7 miles and has hundreds of bubbling springs.
Because this is a beautiful location in a county park, disposable items are not allowed on the river so that it remains in a near natural state. We caution against late Spring and Summer weekend afternoons because the park is quite crowded and a quiet environment is best for enjoying nature.

What is not Included: Scuba gear (Aside from tanks and weights) Does not come included. If you need to rent any gear the are additional costs.

All reservations will be charged at the time of the booking.
Reservations may be changed or cancelled for a full refund with at least 1 week notice before the experience start.
Trip Protection is optionally available and will allow for a full refund of the original Ticket Price up until 2:30 pm Eastern the day preceding the trip. Trip Protecton fee is nonrefundable.
