Beach gear rental equipment is charged by the hour, half day, full day or week. Daily rentals are due before 4pm close time, weekly rentals are due before 4pm on the last day of rental period. Should you decide to extend your rental length time please kindly notify us by calling (808)SEA-MAUI or by stopping by our beach booth and we are happy to make the arrangements to do so.
Cancellation Policy
Guests who have selected TripSafe
Those who have booked directly with Sea Maui Surf and selected the TripSafe option while booking, you’re all set! You can cancel or reschedule your tour for ANY reason all the way up until check in time (30 minutes prior to departure). Simply submit an email request to surf@seamaui.com or call (808) SEA-MAUI Ext. 2 no later than 30 mins in advance of departure and you will be refunded for the full booking amount (less the cost of the TripSafe protection and associated booking fees). You can also choose the option to reschedule at this time, based on availability. All customers will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule in the case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
Guests without TripSafe protection
Our cancellation policy for those without TripSafe protection is 48 hours prior to departure time. To cancel, refund or reschedule your tour please call (808) SEA-MAUI ext 2 or email surf@seamaui.com at least 48 hours in advance. Once within the 48 hour window no refunds will be honored. You MUST call or email to cancel. No-shows will be charged the full price. Private charters and other special events will require 7 days notice for a refund. Third party vouchers or tickets not sold by Sea Maui Surf may have additional refund restrictions out of our control, Sea Maui Surf will not be responsible for the refunding of any payment taken by a third party vendor but will work with you and the 3rd party to resolve any issues to the best of our ability. All customers will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule in the case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
Want to add TripSafe to your booking? Regardless of how you booked, we can easily add the protection of TripSafe to your booking. Just give us a call at (808) SEA-MAUI ext 2 at least 48 hours prior to your tour.
Private charters and other special events have a separate cancellation policy. The policy listed above covers individual tickets purchased on public tours only. Please reach out with any questions.
