Cancellation Policy
At Castcadia, we value your satisfaction and strive to provide exceptional fishing experiences. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent, outlining the circumstances under which refunds may be granted.
Cancellation by Customer:
- Refunds are available for cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled fishing trip.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 before the scheduled trip.
Cancellation by Castcadia:
- In the unlikely event that we have to cancel a fishing trip due to unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather, unsafe conditions, or any other factors beyond our control, a full refund will be provided.
- We may also offer the option to reschedule the trip based on availability.
No Shows:
- Clients who fail to show up for the scheduled fishing trip without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund.
Deposits:
- Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance to receive full deposit refund.
Gift Certificates and Vouchers:
- Gift certificates and vouchers are non-refundable but may be transferable with prior approval.

- To initiate a refund, clients must contact Castcadia with their booking details via email at info@castcadia.net or by phone at (208) 699-5636.
