This tour will lead you further south into Mexico through a scenic toll road where you will see how coastal cliffs and soft hillsides tumble one-to-one to blend into the blue ocean. In Ensenada, all is very different than the areas around the border. The variety of landscape and the unique architecture will delight your sights. In the area, you will find emblematic sites like the Civic Plaza with its sculptures of Mexican heroes, a huge Mexican flag, and the famous boardwalk “Malecon” whose coastal access is the best place to admire port activities. This tour is the perfect way to spend a relaxing day under the Mexican sun!
Located in the Bahía de Todos Santos — an inlet of the Pacific Ocean — Ensenada is an important commercial and fishing port as well as a cruise ship port of call. The city is backed by small mountain ranges. Due to its location on the Pacific Ocean and Mediterranean latitude, the weather tends to be mild year-round. Although the winter rainy season is short and the area is prone to prolonged droughts, Ensenada sits in the heart of a wine country that is widely regarded as the best in Mexico and the Americas with the Napa Valley in California.

IMPORTANT NOTICE
For travel into Mexico: U.S. & Canadian citizens need passports. All others also need an ESTA or I-94 form, multiple entry visa or Permanent Resident Card. If any person is detained upon re-entry into the U.S., the bus will be unable to wait, and that person shall be responsible for their own transportation back.

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled pick up time.
IMPORTANT NOTICE:
All US Citizens, must have proper identification to return back to the USA. A passport, passport card or valid documentation is required to return to USA. For Non US Citizens, please consult with your embassy. On re-entry all guests must exit off the vehicle with all your personal belongings and declare citizenship when entering Mexico and returning from Mexico to the USA. Border wait times are unpredictable and there is no special preference for tour guests. You will be require to wait in a line and the time is variable from 20 minutes to 2 hours. We are not responsible for anyone that is left behind due to bad documentation to return back to USA.
The vehicle does go through a different inspection process and both inspection times are out of our control. We are not responsible for any time delay or loss due to border inspection process.

If for any reason you need to reschedule: more than 72 hrs notice $10 fee,with 48 to 24 hour notice 50% penalty fee will apply, If notified 24hrs or less it will be 100% penalty fee.Please help us go green by not printing up this confirmation. Please show your identification card to check in at our ticket box office. Tours are subject to not operate if we do not meet our guest requirement. We waive the right to use any type of vehicle from cars, vans, mini buses and deluxe buses. Thank you for your understanding.
Guest Responsibilities
All passengers assume responsibility for following all tour procedures, safety regulations, and acceptable patterns of behavior while traveling with Five Star Tours. We reserve the right to refuse passage to anyone who, in our sole opinion, may affect the health, safety or enjoyment of other passengers on a tour, either prior to departure or during the tour. Should it be necessary for a passenger to return home while a tour is in progress, any travel expenses incurred are the sole responsibility of the passenger.

Five Star Tours acts solely as the agent in arranging for and coordinating various services of our and other companies to create packages, including transportation, tour escorts, restaurants, admission tickets and other services. The persons or companies engaged in conducting those services are not employees of Five Star Tours, therefore, Five Star Tours assumes no liability for any loss, accident, baggage damage, delay, inconvenience, expense or injury to you or any persons traveling with you owing to any act of default or negligence caused by any person or company engaged in providing those services, or by any strike, acts of Providence or other events beyond our control. We reserve the right to cancel or alter any tour when circumstances require. By submitting your payment for any tour you are accepting these terms and conditions in their entirety.

There is no complimentary parking around our ticket box office. We are located in Downtown San Diego at the intersection of Broadway and Kettner inside the Santa Fe Train Depot at 1050 Kettner Blvd, San Diego, CA 92101. Our ticket box office is located inside the lobby next to the women's restroom. Parking lots circle our location and cost anywhere from $ 10-$ 20 dollars per car. For complimentary pick up service in Downtown San Diego to our ticket box office, you can request a free ride 30 to 20 minutes via text to Free Ride San Diego at 619-821-0520.
