Itinerary: Itinerary:

5:00 AM - Departure from San Diego
Meet at the designated pick-up location in San Diego for a prompt departure. Guests are encouraged to arrive 15 minutes early for a smooth check-in. Enjoy complimentary hot beverages on board and settle in for a comfortable ride.

9:30 AM - Arrival at Mountain Resort
Arrive at your chosen snow destination. Our drop-off point is conveniently located near ski and snowboarding rental shops and the main lodge. Enjoy the day exploring the slopes, building snowmen, or relaxing by the lodge fire.

10:00 AM - 3:00 PM - Free Time at the Resort
Spend the day enjoying your favorite winter activities! Go skiing, snowboarding, tubing, or simply take in the snowy scenery. The resort offers various dining options for lunch or snacks.

3:00 PM - Boarding and Departure
Meet back at the designated pick-up point for a timely departure. Guests are encouraged to arrive 10 minutes before the departure time to ensure a smooth boarding process.

7:00 PM - Return to San Diego
Arrive back in San Diego at the original departure point, marking the end of a fun-filled day in the snow.

Tour Guide and Drivers Gratuities are not included in this rate and if you enjoy the tour are much appreciated.If for any reason you need to reschedule: more than 72 hrs notice $10 fee,with 48 to 24 hour notice 50% penalty fee will apply, If notified 24hrs or less it will be 100% penalty fee.

Minor Policy

Anyone under the age of 18 years or older must be accompanied by a person over the age of 25 years or older. Five Star Tours is not responsible for any minors on board our service and at Big Bear Mountain. We do reserve the right to enforce this policy and not allow minors to board our service unless they have a chaperon.

Guest Responsibilities

All passengers assume responsibility for following all tour procedures, safety regulations, and acceptable patterns of behavior while traveling with Five Star Tours. We reserve the right to refuse passage to anyone who, in our sole opinion, may affect the health, safety or enjoyment of other passengers on a tour, either prior to departure or during the tour. Should it be necessary for a passenger to return home while a tour is in progress, any travel expenses incurred are the sole responsibility of the passenger.

Our Responsibilities

Five Star Tours acts solely as the agent in arranging for and coordinating various services of our and other companies to create packages, including transportation, tour escorts, restaurants, admission tickets and other services. The persons or companies engaged in conducting those services are not employees of Five Star Tours, therefore, Five Star Tours assumes no liability for any loss, accident, baggage damage, delay, inconvenience, expense or injury to you or any persons traveling with you owing to any act of default or negligence caused by any person or company engaged in providing those services, or by any strike, acts of Providence or other events beyond our control.
