About
Tijuana is a very young city, being just 122 years old, but even being young it is already the biggest city of the Baja California Peninsula. We'll begin our tour as we cross into Mexico and enter a world of contrasts. To kick things off we'll travel into the main street known for its historic roundabouts each with a statue of a hero, like Abraham Lincoln, Cuauhtémoc the Aztec King and many more. We’ll pass by the famous Cultural Center which is the main center of regional arts and has over 1 million visitors a year being one of the main tourist attractions in Tijuana.
Next, we will visit the demolished Tijuana Bullring, the Tijuana Water Tower and the Hipódromo. We’ll end our tour on the Avenida Revolución, which in the past was an important center of economic development and known as the center of prohibited entertainment for people from the US, for some shopping and bargaining. Currently, it is the center of tourist activity in Tijuana with its many cantinas, table dance bars, dance clubs, and art galleries.
But before you go to the many little shops, you will experience the Tijuana tradition of making your own taco at the lovely restaurant La Placita. The taco is made with a delicious tortilla filled with meat, chicken or veggies, and all the trimmings such as guacamole, salsa, cilantro, and onion. You'll have the time of your life.

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled pick up time.
IMPORTANT NOTICE:
All US Citizens, must have proper identification to return back to the USA. A passport, passport card or valid documentation is required to return to USA. For Non US Citizens, please consult with your embassy. On re-entry all guests must exit off the vehicle with all your personal belongings and declare citizenship when entering Mexico and returning from Mexico to the USA. Border wait times are unpredictable and there is no special preference for tour guests. You will be require to wait in a line and the time is variable from 20 minutes to 2 hours. We are not responsible for anyone that is left behind due to bad documentation to return back to USA.
The vehicle does go through a different inspection process and both inspection times are out of our control. We are not responsible for any time delay or loss due to border inspection process.

If for any reason you need to reschedule: more than 72 hrs notice $10 fee,with 48 to 24 hour notice 50% penalty fee will apply, If notified 24hrs or less it will be 100% penalty fee. Please help us go green by not printing up this confirmation. Please show your identification card to check in at our ticket box office. Tours are subject to not operate if we do not meet our guest requirement. We waive the right to use any type of vehicle from cars, vans, mini buses and deluxe buses. Thank you for your understanding.
Guest Responsibilities
All passengers assume responsibility for following all tour procedures, safety regulations, and acceptable patterns of behavior while traveling with Five Star Tours. We reserve the right to refuse passage to anyone who, in our sole opinion, may affect the health, safety or enjoyment of other passengers on a tour, either prior to departure or during the tour. Should it be necessary for a passenger to return home while a tour is in progress, any travel expenses incurred are the sole responsibility of the passenger.

The persons or companies engaged in conducting those services are not employees of Five Star Tours, therefore, Five Star Tours assumes no liability for any loss, accident, baggage damage, delay, inconvenience, expense or injury to you or any persons traveling with you owing to any act of default or negligence caused by any person or company engaged in providing those services, or by any strike, acts of Providence or other events beyond our control. We reserve the right to cancel or alter any tour when circumstances require. By submitting your payment for any tour you are accepting these terms and conditions in their entirety.

There is no complimentary parking around our ticket box office. We are located in Downtown San Diego at the intersection of Broadway and Kettner inside the Santa Fe Train Depot at 1050 Kettner Blvd, San Diego, CA 92101. Our ticket box office is located inside the lobby next to the women's restroom. Parking lots circle our location and cost anywhere from $ 10-$ 20 dollars per car. For complimentary pick up service in Downtown San Diego to our ticket box office, you can request a free ride 30 to 20 minutes via text to Free Ride San Diego at 619-821-0520. There are no refunds. All tours are subject to not operate if we do not meet tour minimums. We will send you an email notice within 24 hours if the tour does not operate and you will receive a full refund through the original means of your purchase. If available, you are more than welcome to reschedule your tour if the original tour does not operate.
