•Our Captains & Crews want you to enjoy your experience with Flagship. Please be aware, parking downtown is limited. Please be sure to allow enough travel time to arrive at our docks 30 minutes before your scheduled departure time.
•Flagship Cruises & Events accepts no responsibility for loss, damaged or stolen property on board our vessels or on premises.

Flagship's Whale Watching Tours are a cashless activity. Please bring a digital method of payment to purchase items at the snack bar on the vessel. Acceptable methods of payment include: Apple Pay, Google Pay, Credit & Debit Cards.
•It is recommended that you dress is layers, wear comfortable (closed toe) shoes, hat and sunglasses.
•If you are prone to motion sickness, please make sure you take a product like Dramamine BEFORE you arrive.
