Weather-Related Cancellation:

In the event that a trip organized by ACR Tours needs to be canceled or rescheduled due to adverse weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters or safety concerns, customers will not be eligible for a refund. However, we understand the inconvenience caused by such cancellations and are committed to offering the option to reschedule the trip.

Customer-Initiated Cancellation:

If a customer chooses to cancel their reservation for any reason other than weather-related circumstances, the following refund and rescheduling policy will apply:

• Cancellation made 7 days (168 hours) or more prior to the trip date: A 50% refund of the total trip cost will be provided.
• Cancellation made less than 7 days (168 hours) prior to the trip date: No refund will be provided.
• Rescheduling can only be done if notified 48 hours (2 days) or more prior to the original trip date.

Rescheduling:

Customers who wish to reschedule their trip due to personal reasons can do so if they notify ACR Tours at least 48 hours (2 days) before the scheduled trip date. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may be limited during peak seasons.

Communication:

All cancellations and rescheduling requests must be communicated directly to ACR Tours through our official communication channels (email, phone, website, etc.). Cancellations or rescheduling requests made through third parties or unauthorized means will not be considered.

Non-Transferable:

Refunds and rescheduling options are non-transferable to other individuals and apply only to the original booking.
