About
Come along on a magical beach adventure! Ride along the beach on one of our majestic horses. Get personal and learn the history of your trusty steed! Our tour starts with a brief safety meeting to introduce you to horseback riding. Guests of all skill levels are welcome to enjoy a relaxed ride with us.
Once you are comfortable they may take you on a swim across the Palma Sola Bay! You never know -- you may get to see some marine wildlife as well! Palma Sola Bay is home to Manatees, Egrets, Herons, Pelicans, Loggerhead Sea Turtles, and more. How awesome would it be to encounter a dolphin or a manatee, while swimming on a horse in the ocean.

This excursion is for guests ages 8 and up. Our tour meets at our location on the Palma Sola Causeway. Our capacity is up to 5 participants.
What to bring
Guests must wear close-toed shoes as in crocs or water shoes.

Please arrive 15 min prior to ride time.
PLEASE READ THROUGH ENTIRE EMAIL!
Things you need in order to ride: Close toed shoes as in crocs, swim shoes or sneakers, hat and sunglasses are welcome! Don’t forget sunscreen, a towel, and change of clothes as you will be getting wet! We do have a lock box for your keys so you will be leaving everything in your vehicle locked up. Please bring keys to us upon arrival!
What we offer: Don’t forget to bring extra cash! As we do offer a photo package that will be sent to you through a drop box folder to your email. We also have treats to purchase to feed your trusty steed. We have some souvenirs as well!
1 No Cellphones or GoPros are aloud on the ride as it is for the safety of your four legged friend as you do need to control your horse with two hands at all times.
2 No Drinking and riding, or anything that would be dangerous to our horses or riders. Our guides do have the right to forfeit your ride if they feel it may be unsafe for the participants.
3 Our horses are used to the trail that our tour guides take, please be respectful of what your guide/handler has to say it is for the safety of you and our horses.
4 At Carousel Sea Horses our goal is to make your experience truly magical! We do not expect tips but do greatly appreciate them as a portion of our tips, do go back into the care and upkeep of our horses, because without them, we would not be able to give you ever lasting memories! We cannot gauge what tip you should give but in the hospitality and entertainment industry it typically ranges from 15%-25%
We work for the passion of our horses and the experience of our clients creating memories lasting a lifetime, but of course appreciate you for choosing to go above and beyond for us.

Cancellation Policy
(CANCELLATION POLICY)
In order to cancel your ride and get a full refund it must be 48 hours prior to your ride.
If Operator cancels due to inclement weather, you have the option to rebook or choose a gift certificate that does not expire.
If you do not succeed to cancel or rebook 48hrs prior to your booking it will be a $50 per person inconvenience fee. As our horses are our number one priority and it is unfair to our two legged and four legged friends for the inconvenience of unforeseen circumstances.
