We will not wait for late arrivals. Arriving late will not result in a refund.
Parking is available at 301 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd at the Savannah Visitor Center. The cost is free for the first hour an $1 per hour after that.

- Minimum numbers apply. There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there are not enough passengers to meet requirements. -- In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative or full refund.

Cancellation Policy
Customers will receive a full refund, credit, and the ability to reschedule with a full 24 hours notice. No exceptions! Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to severe weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation/rescheduling. No-shows or late arrivals will be charged the full price.
