2 . On Excursion day - Meet at Saga Haven Marina 30 minutes before your boat departure time. Search Saga Haven Marina in google maps app and it will take you to the open air parking area under the bright red steel beams.

3 .After Excursion day - please send us an email with feedback/suggestions that could have made your trip better or help us keep our 5 star review level on any or all of the below:

Online Liability Waivers

Close to your excursion date, you will receive an email with a link to access your party's online waivers. Please have each person on the reservation complete the electronic wavers, put their unique email address and sign their e-signature. Minors also need a parent/guardian signature as well

Important Policies:

• **No open flames (cigarettes, cigars, etc) on the boat.
• ** No glass bottles/cups/etc on the boat
• **All minors must be accompanied by a parent/guardian
• **The drinking age is 18 in USVI, but we do require you limit alcoholic beverages to only AFTER you are done diving. Once a diver decides to drink, it means he is done diving for the day.
• **For safety reasons, Student Divers and their instructors (this includes discover scuba participants) may not use cameras/go pro's during any lesson, checkout dive, or discover dive.

Transportation and Meeting location::

We do NOT provide transportation to the marina. The best way to get to Saga Haven marina is by taxi because of the limited parking space. If you are driving, there is some limited complimentary parking available under the red beams in the area labeled "tenant parking". For exact location, search Google Maps for Saga Haven Marina or Aqua Marine Dive BOAT. Please note, this is a different location than our SHOP at Limetree Beach Resort. If you are coming from a cruise ship, we highly suggest pre-arranging your taxi. We'd be happy to recommend a taxi driver upon request.

Arrival/Check In

Check-in time is 12:30PM at our boat at Saga Haven Marina (We do NOT meet at the Limetree Resort location). The boat departs the marina at 1 PM but we ask that you get there early so you have time to get properly fitted for your gear. If you are running late, please call or text (340) 642-8701. We always try to accommodate everyone's schedule but we cannot guarantee that we can hold the boat past the excursion time. Here is where you will show your credentials and fill out all the waivers if you didn't already do that online. (Hopefully you did!)

Diver Health

Certified divers, as part of your certification, have already agreed to dive only in good health and within your capabilities so it's not necessary to complete the health form and submit to us. We do, however, encouraged you to review the health questionnaire as a reminder in case any medical conditions have changed since your last dive. If you have any concerns about whether you should dive, please speak with your doctor before diving.

If anyone in your party is participating in Discover Scuba Diving...

Each participant must complete PADI's short Discover Scuba Diving online prep course anytime BEFORE dive day. Each individual participant will need to click the link above and create an account to access the e-learning. It is important to note that the health questionnaire that is required on that website, will require you to obtain a doctor release for some of the yes answers

What to Bring

• **Certification card (certified divers only),
• **swimwear
• **reef safe sun protection (no sprays) and/or SPF sun shirts/rashguards (We do have sun protection and sun shirts available for purchase in the shop and at the marina.)
• ** towels, hat, sunglasses
• **Although we do have bottled water, we encourage you to bring a filled reusable water bottle to help to reduce single-use plastic waste.

Gratuity

We do not automatically include a gratuity in the price of your excursion. The entire crew on your boat will equally share in any tips from each trip. Customary gratuity for adequate service for the boat staff is 20%. For your convenience, tips can be cash, venmo, credit card and more.
Our crew works hard to make sure you are safe and happy, so if they do a great job, let them know!

Minimum Guest Policy

Please be aware we need to have minimum 3 divers to run the trip. In the unlikely event we do not meet this minimum, we will inform you ASAP and offer to reschedule or refund your full booking charge.

FYI

• **At times, everything on the boat has the potential of getting wet. We suggest leaving water sensitive items at home or bringing them in a waterproof dry bag. Dry bags are available for purchase at the marina and shop.
• ** Also, Sometimes it's windy or rough out in the water so our boat does move around. If you are prone to sea sickness, we highly suggest using a motion sickness remedy as a precaution. We do have a limited supply we sell in the shop and at the marina.
