Prior to delivery, your yacht representative will receive a delivery note with all JetSki rental items, parts and accessories listed. He or she will also have access to a knowledge base including tips and tricks, operating manuals, safety instructions and how-to’s. Enjoy this marvelous water toy collection!
Cancellation Policy
The Charterer will receive a Full Refund if he/she cancels (for any reason) more than 10 days from your charter start time.
Half Payment is required if you cancel within 10 days until 24 Hours.
Full Payment is required if you cancel within 24 Hours.
Severe Weather is a circumstance in which your charter can be postponed without penalty. For example, a named storm such as a Hurricane, Lightning, Heavy Thunderstorms (Yellow or Red on the radar) during your charter times. In this case, you’ll receive a voucher for the same yacht, to be redeemed by you or someone you designate, at a later date. Rain and/or lots of clouds do not qualify.
Mechanical Failure is a rare occurrence. However, it can happen at any time. If we are not able to provide you with a functioning product or service, you will receive a full refund. If your product and/or service breaks down during your rental, you will receive a partial refund, based on the time and reason of the breakdown.
A vast majority of our products and services do NOT run into cancellation or postponement issues, due in large part to the consistently good climate and our good maintenance practices.
