Service Denial: The Company may refuse service to anyone for any reason

No Intoxication: Anyone suspected of being under the influence of drugs or alcohol will be denied rental or riding privileges

Equipment Damage: Riders are responsible for repair/replacement costs and shipping fees for any damaged rental equipment.

Traffic Laws: Riders must obey all traffic laws

Identification and Payment: A valid photo ID and credit card are required. Debit cards and pre-paid cards are not accepted

Age and Height Requirements: Riders must be 12+ years old and at least 4'11" tall

Minors: Riders under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and must wear a helmet

Cancellation Policy: Reschedules, refunds, or gift card issuance are at the Company’s sole discretion.
No reschedules, refunds, or gift cards will be provided after the rental reservation time has passed.

Special Requirements: for Electric Vehicle Operation
Under Louisiana law, any violation of the following requirements results in automatic forfeiture of all payments and deposits, with the Customer liable for additional payments as outlined.
Age Requirement and Policy

Age Restriction: All operators of electric bicycles must be 15 years of age or older. No exceptions.

Underage Operation: If an individual under 15 is found operating an electric vehicle, the activity will be immediately terminated.

Vehicle Seizure: The vehicle, its keys, and accompanying equipment will be promptly seized by Company staff.

Forfeiture of Time: Any remaining activity time is automatically forfeited.

No Compensation: No refunds, rescheduling, gift cards, or credits of any kind will be issued by the Company.

Transportation Responsibility: In the event of a violation, the Customer is solely responsible for arranging transportation to their next destination without Company assistance.

Additional Costs: If costs are incurred to transport the vehicle back to the Company’s office, the Customer’s credit card will be charged accordingly.
Restrictions: Failure to comply with the following requirements and guidelines, as established by the Company under Louisiana law, shall result in termination of all business interactions, cancellation of reservations, and forfeiture of all payments.
Requirements and Guidelines

Compliance with Instructions: Customers must adhere to all Company instructions, which are issued to ensure safety and prevent undesirable situations. Instructions are non-negotiable and not subject to exceptions, compromises, or personal appeals. Non-compliance will result in strict enforcement of Company policy.

Identification and Payment: A valid credit card and photo identification are required, whether online or in person, to rent or reserve any Company service.

Full Payment: The entire balance for services must be paid in full prior to departure.

Overages: Any additional amounts owed, such as for approved extensions, will be charged upon return of Company equipment.

Demonstration of Competency: Customers must demonstrate, to the satisfaction of Company staff, their ability to safely and competently operate, control, balance, and steer the vehicle prior to departure.

Non-Compliance with Competency: Customers who fail to exhibit sufficient skill, as determined by Company staff, will be prohibited from proceeding and shall not receive refunds or any form of compensation.

Disclaimers: # Policy on Damage, Loss, or Theft of Company Property
In accordance with Louisiana law and the terms of the executed contractual agreement, the undersigned Client, as a signatory, is legally obligated to provide immediate compensation for any loss, damage, or theft of company equipment while in their possession, as stipulated herein.
Terms and Conditions

Authorization for Charges: The Client authorizes the Company to charge the credit card on file for all amounts due, including taxes, without the Client's presence, for scenarios including but not limited To:

Costs for lost, damaged, or stolen equipment, encompassing replacement costs, labor, shipping fees, applicable taxes, and any additional charges incurred during the replacement process.

Key or Key Fob Replacement: Replacement costs for a lost or damaged key or key fob range from $35 to $250, depending on the model. Said charges are immediately due to the Company.

Stolen Equipment: In the event of theft of a vehicle or any company equipment lent to the Client or any member of their party, the Client shall be liable for replacement costs, shipping costs, taxes, and labor costs for ordering, assembling, testing, numbering, labeling, cataloging, and related processes.

Minimum Replacement Charges:
- Pedal Bike: $650 per unit
- E-Bike: $1,600 per unit
- E-Scooter: $3,000 per unit

Other Vehicles: Up to $20,000 per unit for equipment not listed

Damage Deposit: A refundable damage deposit, secured via credit card transaction, is required for all rental equipment as deemed necessary by Company staff.

Return in Good Condition: If the vehicle and all equipment are returned in good condition without damage, the damage deposit shall be refunded in full, and no additional charges shall be incurred.

Return with Damage: If the vehicle or equipment is returned with damage, repair costs shall be withheld from the damage deposit. Should repair costs exceed the deposit, the Client’s account shall be charged the balance for repair and/or replacement, labor, shipping costs, and any additional fees to ensure proper completion of repairs.

Severe Damage and Lost Revenue: If damage renders the vehicle or equipment unusable until spare parts or replacements are ordered, received, installed, and tested, the Client shall be liable for all lost revenue suffered by the Company until maintenance, replacement, safety work, and/or inspections are completed, enabling the vehicle’s return to service.

Liability for Negligence: Due to intentional or unintentional negligence resulting in vehicle or equipment damage, the Client may be held monetarily liable for all lost rental revenues and any other liabilities incurred by the Company for the entire duration the vehicle is out of service.

General Cancellation Policy

Cancellations Inside of 24 Hours = No Refund or Reservation Adjustments of Any Kind.

All Cancellations and Rescheduling Requests Must Be Submitted in Writing Via the Company’s Email Address - No Less Than 24 Hours Prior to Scheduled Departure.

Failure to Comply With the Above Policy Will Result in Automatic Forfeiture of Payment in Addition to Any Additional Monetary Costs Incurred By the Company That are Attributed to the Client's Late Return.

Parties That Decide To 'No Call/No Show', ‘No Longer Want to Ride’, 'No Longer Comfortable Riding', Suffer ‘Food Poisoning’, ‘Twist An Ankle’, or Decided To Espouse Any Similar ‘Reason’ As to Why They Cannot, or No Longer Want to Attend or Be Present For the Scheduled Activity → Will Not Receive a Refund.

Parties Who Do Not Respond to Company Inquiries Within a Reasonable Amount of Time, and By Default Become Late, or for Any Reason Miss the Reservation Time Are Ineligible for Rescheduling, Transfers or Monetary Compensation.

The Company Documents ALL Incoming & Outgoing Communications Via the Client's Online Reservation File; Company Staff Knows When All Communications Were Sent, Delivered, Opened, Replied to, and/or Ignored.
Late Arrivals

It is Not the Responsibility of the Company to Ensure That the Client is On Time For the Reservation.

Late Arrivals for the Appointed Reservation Time Are Subject to Forfeiture of Funds and/or Adjustments to the Activity's Duration.
