A reservation guarantees up to 15 minutes of our expert technician's time to assess your bike. This DOES NOT guarantee same-day turnaround, but same-day is possible in some cases depending on what your bike needs and our current workload.
NOTICE TO E-BIKE CUSTOMERS
Please note that we only repair E-bikes that have Shimano, Bosch, or Specialized brand systems. We are trained and certified to work on these systems. Unfortunately, with so many other brands on the market, and no standardized and regulated production requirements in the industry, we are not able to work on other brands - please cancel your appointment. Sorry!
