- You're welcome to BYO drinks, but no hard liqour is allowed
Disclaimers: - For your safety and the safety of others, alcohol is BYO and passengers are expected to be responsible, if operator decides that a passenger is too intoxicated, trip will end immediately, and the vessel will return back to the dock
- Please note that gratuity is not included (20% gratuity to captain is customary)

Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 24 hours notice of cancellation. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price.
