Cancellation Policy
Customers can cancel and get a full refund up until 7 days before midnight on the start day of the charter. If a customer cancels within 7 days before midnight on the start date of the charter, no refund is give. If booking has to be cancelled by the boat captain because of adverse weather conditions, customer will be offered a different date/time. If they are not able to make an alternative date/time, they will be given a full refund.
