Vacation starts as soon as you step into your Hotel or Vacation Rental! Open your fridge/pantry, grab a snack and relax! We shop your grocery list and stage your delivery before arrival. Once services are confirmed, you'll receive detailed information on how to set up and send your shopping list.
Deliveries are guaranteed between 1pm - 5pm.

Please email us your requested grocery items no later than 72 hours prior to arrival.
The easiest way to create your list is by visiting Publix.com register for an account using zip code 33040, build your shopping list, and once complete email your list to: info@conciergedelivers.com
Once we receive your list, we'll give you a call to have a quick chat to go over your requested items. We're available between 9 a.m.-1 p.m. and 4 p.m. -6 p.m. so let us know what date and time work best for you.
Please note: All orders over $300.00 are subject to a $50.00 service fee, orders over $500.00 include a $75.00 service fee, in addition to agreed gratuity.

Cancellation Policy
Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 72 hours notice of cancellation. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price.
