Description: Would you like to zipline through the jungle for a couple of hours? Then this is the tour for you. We will pick you up from you hotel and return you to your hotel after your tour. You will complete our full zipline tour which is all six of our lines that takes around 2 hours. After that, we return you to your hotel.

- Maximum weight: 275 pounds/125 kilograms
- Minimum age: 6 years old
- Children 40-60 lbs may tandem with guide based on availability

- Cash for gratuity - Gratuity is not included. It is customary in the USA to tip tour guides if you enjoy their service. Typically, gratuities are approximately 10%. For tours with multiple guides, gratuities are shared between guides.
Important Information
- Our physical address is 91-1780 Midway Rd., Kapolei, HI 96707. When using GPS, enter "Coral Crater Adventure Park" as your destination as an alternative address as GPS does not accurately report our physical address.
- Participants must weigh between 60 lbs - 275 lbs. All participants will be weighed in, fully clothed, during the check-in process before each tour. Those unable to meet the requirement will not be permitted to zip and will not be offered a refund or rescheduled.
- Minimum age: 6 years old.
- Securable, close-toed shoes are required. Athletic shoes are recommended.
- Long shorts or pants are suggested. Skirts, belly shirts and bathing suits will not be permitted. Please remove dangling earrings. Participants with long hair must secure hair back with a hair tie or similar accessory. We will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged belongings. Please store any and all unneeded items in lockers provided during check-in.
- No participant on the tour is permitted to use any other gear (helmet, harness, trolley, etc.) beside that which is provided by Coral Crater.
- All participants on tour are required to hike short distances, ascend and descend stairs, need to be of average mobility and strength, and in reasonably good health.
- Ziplining while pregnant is not permitted. We do not recommend participation with preexisting injuries, back, neck, or heart issues. Please consult your doctor if you are unsure whether this activity is suitable for you. Cancellation policies remain in effect for cancellations due to preexisting health issues and pregnancy.
- Ziplining is an outdoor adventure activity and operates in all weather conditions and sheltered platforms minimize exposure to the elements
Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the activity are non-refundable. This includes bookings made within 24 hours of the scheduled activity.

No-shows and late arrivals are not eligible for a refund.

Guests who choose not to participate at the last minute or back out during the activity will not receive a refund.

Tours operate rain or shine. In the rare event of hazardous weather, we will reschedule your activity or issue a refund.

We are unable to make exceptions for personal emergencies or illness. For this reason, we strongly recommend purchasing Trip Protection when booking.

Trip Protection allows you to cancel for any reason and receive a full refund, minus the cost of Trip Protection and any applicable taxes or fees.
