Waiver Requirement – Please Read Carefully

All participants must complete three separate digital waivers prior to arriving. These are required for check-in and jumping.

Failure to complete all waivers in advance will result in a $50 processing fee per person on arrival.

Waiver links can be found in your confirmation page or email. If you need help, contact us before your jump day.

Morning Jumps Recommended-
If you’ve booked an afternoon jump, we strongly recommend switching to a morning time for better views and smoother weather. The island tends to get windier as the day progresses, making earlier jumps the best experience.

Location & Directions-
We are located at Upolu Airport in Hawi, Hawaii.

Directions: Upolu Airport Road turns towards the ocean ¼ mile before entering Hawi Town. Drive to the end of the paved road and park in the parking lot. Walk through the man gate and around to the blue shipping containers. Your reservation time is your meeting time, so we’ll see you there!

Your Meeting Time-
Arrive exactly at your scheduled time—no need to come early.

Late arrivals may have to wait for the next available slot.
Arrivals more than 30 minutes late will be charged a $50 late fee per person.
Late arrivals also delay the schedule for all guests that follow—please be respectful of everyone's time.

Expect to be with us for 2 to 3 hours in case of delays; however, 1 to 2 hours is most common.

We fly a Cessna 182, taking two tandem pairs per flight. If your group is larger than two, plan for extra time.

Delays can occur due to Air Traffic Control, weather, or other factors, so we recommend setting aside 2 to 3 hours.

Bring snacks, relax, and enjoy the views—you may even spot whales!

What to Wear-
Comfortable clothing and secure shoes.
If you have long hair, tie it back.
Sunscreen & sunglasses are recommended.

Most of our jumpers choose to upgrade for the instant delivery, downloadable files, and epic photo collection. You can add the Video + Photo Package at check-in, while booking or just give us a call to add it on!

Booking Tips-
Book early for the best times and availability.
Schedule your jump early in your trip in case of weather delays and reschedules.
Morning jumps offer the best views and most stable conditions. We often cannot skydive in the afternoon/evening due to high wind.

Cancellation Policy-
Full refunds for cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance.

Full refunds for cancellations due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.

No-shows & late cancellations will be charged in full.

No refunds if a participant does not exit the aircraft and chooses to ride down.

Reservations are secured with full payment, but they are transferable and reschedulable due to weather or unforeseen events.

Weight & Age Policy-
Weight limit: Up to 280 lbs (extra fees apply for those over 200 lbs: $10 per 10 lbs).
Participants must be 18+ years old (bring a photo ID).
